Frustrating Experience
This is not a review of a brick & mortar location. This is a review of their dot com online ordering site. Been 6 days since they took almost $200 from my account for an order. No tracking # yet so I sent an email to customer support. No answer so I went to their chat service who ALSO cannot help me one bit with information regarding the status of my order so I called their "customer support ph#". Got a machine that said to email them -- they're too busy to give a.....Frustrating company!
Okay -- they've started returning calls and addressing the MANY issues with my order. Along with apology which goes a long way with me -- as does customer service personnel beginning to be available. So...I've updated my review and star rating and removed "Horrible Company".
