Great company
I usually don’t leave reviews. But I called the company with questions about the light I wanted to purchase, since Grand Master LEDS didn’t respond to me. The guy answered every question I had. He didn’t have an answer to one of questions, he took the time to research what I needed. They shipped my product almost immediately. I received my light in 4 business days. Overall the company is great in my opinion and when I need a new light, I’ll purchase from them again. As far as the light itself, it is physically massive a true wall to wall 5x5 light. I can’t say anything else about the light so far being I’ve only had it for a week and a half.

this is like buying a ps 5 and getting a atari 2600 its old and outdated no phone app very hard to program make sure you want before buying you don't get much time to try before window to return is up. I was asked to change the rating because he didn't make the controller so for that I am changing it but still not happy I am stuck with something I hate because of a very short return window.

Absurd Shipping Rates
Ordered a replacement blade sheet for my Centurion Pro DBT1. Placed the order and successfully submitted payment. Shortly after, I received multiple correspondences stating that my shipping costs would be increased from the price I was quoted on my invoice, $9.97, to $97 for SHIPPING ALONE. The part is $83 and weighs 1, MAYBE 2 lbs. Its a flat plastic sheet that can rolled up into the size of a small poster.
Found the same part, on sale, for $25 cheaper and FREE shipping.
This is my one and ONLY experience I'll ever have with growlightcentral.com

First, I am very sorry for your experience. After 6 weeks of trying to reach you with you putting the phone down on me I have decided to do what I can to avoid these situations and will now stock most Centurion Pro parts so that I can control the shipping. I apologize for the previous exorbitant prices as I was trying to explain on our initial call - unfortunately we cannot control what shipping costs from the factory in Canada direct to you. If someone else sold it to you cheaper they were losing money or the part is not a genuine part. If you return my call I will let you know how I know that.

Shipping was fast as can be. Everything was well packaged. Absolutely nothing about my experience was bad. I even had a hiccup with the welcome code to get a little discount and was able to message someone to get it cleared up right away (within just a few minutes). I will be recommending to anyone I know that needs grow equipment to give GLC a try, and that they came through for me.
