It’s a scam website—don’t buy from them. I’ve tried contacting them privately, but they don’t respond. They signed me up for a subscription without my knowledge, and they’re charging me every month.

stayed with it for two months and it’s showing signs
I had purchased the " Rosemary elixer" but when I received the package a good amount has spilled out into the box, I reached out to Growplex in regards to this and they were fantastic! Very helpful they ended up sending me a replacement. The team kept me up to date and were so kind. I would definitely recommend! Thank you!
The service was genuinely amazing, they reply very quickly and helped me with every question I had and we’re very flexible when it came to payments
Growplex signed me up to a subscription without my consent and then forced me to either keep an unwanted product or pay return postage. Their customer service is non-existent, unapologetic, and unhelpful. This is a misleading and unacceptable way to treat customers. I would strongly advise avoiding this company.
I have received my parcel it was little delayed this due to Christmas time and holiday .. I haven’t tried it yet I’ll update my review afterwards when I see any results.. regarding customer service I had an issue contacting them via email but on instagram they will answer you but they can’t sort you problems.. for example I sent the many emails about returning my items no reply’s until now I received it 29th Dec today is 8th January I haven’t received any answer from them on instagram they gave me another email to contact and I did but still ignoring me.. one they take ur money send you the item they don’t care about any problem you face … but they keep sending more advertisements.. so customers service is very very bad and by the way any minoxidil from regain or growplex might effect your blood pressure,, and I did a research about side effects of minoxidil it says that once you stop it you will lose ur hair that you gained… so I will not buy from this company again because the customer service is very bad and ignorant.
I came to know about growplex through a youtuber. I ordered the vitafoam and the roller.
When I noticed I hadn't received the items after a couple of weeks I emailed in. I got a reply VERY quickly saying for international orders it takes 14 to 21 days which I hadn't been aware of, so I gave it more time.
The foam arrived fine but the roller was marked as delivered but I hadn't received it. I emailed again and they advised to check with family etc but to get back in contact if it definitely isn't there. It wasn't so I emailed again and I got a quick response saying they will send another one out.
I was pretty impressed I didn't have to push it or argue and they didn't expect me to get in contact with the courier (which in my experience is always a waste of time!).
A few days later the package turned up! I emailed again and said they finally delivered it so they didn't need to send another one iut. I've had issues with Evri before claiming they've delivered stuff when they haven't so it was more a courier problem than a company problem.
They said they would raise it with them anyway.
I personally found the service really good. I think if you're not from the US you just have to remember it will take much longer and order well in advance of when you need it.
I have paid for and never received my order and then when contacting customer services I received an automatic response giving me the ingredient list???? They have scammed me off money and never responded to where my order #93046 is! Be careful!!!!
Negative infinite stars. I had to contact GrowPlex to cancel my twin sister’s order and subscription because SHE DIED. I got access to her emails and found it by chance. I sent an email explaining the situation. They responded with “hope all is well” followed by condolences. Then they reminded me that an email reminder about upcoming shipments are sent 3 days prior, and I didn’t act in time to cancel. I’m sorry…it takes time to hack into your dead sister’s accounts and figure out what shit she signed up for. Because it was already shipped, they wanted me to return the product. Every other place I had to contact to cancel subscriptions or orders literally refunded or canceled or just ate the cost. This company is a piece of shit. I told them that no one would be at the address for weeks, and we were busy planning a funeral and getting my sister’s affairs in order. We didn’t have time to fly across the country to receive a dumb hair product package and return it or refuse delivery. They responded by lecturing me on being rude! After their first email to me telling me they “hope I’m well” and that I should’ve canceled her subscription earlier. They said I was the rude one??? Unreal. Their response to me was psychotic. Disgusting company. Zero empathy. Never buy from them. They don’t deserve it.
It’s been nearly 3 weeks since I ordered and not arrived. No response to emails querying where it is. I also signed up for a subscription and soon I will have to make my second payment without even having received the first item.

After having seen good reviews of these products, I decided to give them a chance, however the topical minoxidil gave me an allergic reaction and the side of my face got red and covered with small pimples. I have used before the Rogaine minoxidil brand without problems.
Apart from that, when I made this purchase I selected the option “only one time purchase” without subscribing to the three months service (where they ship the item every three months).They did send an email on the day of the purchase stating that “my three month subscription would start from that day onwards” because they subscribe you automatically without consulting first. This email went directly to the spam folder and so, I didn’t see it. Now my credit card has been charged the corresponding amount, and these items that I don’t need have been shipped. Although the website presumably has a return policy, the shipping cost won’t be reimbursed.
I understand that this could have been in part my fault, because I didn’t see the email, however they should not be subscribing people to their “three months service” without consulting first given that when the purchase was made, the “only one time purchase” option was selected and that the cost of these products is high.
After hearing all the good news through social media thought i’d try it. 2 Weeks to even get them not very good for a fast solution. Price is insane compared to other competitors and you can even get a doctors appointment and prescription to other hair loss items way faster.
Lets hope the product works and i can rewrite this review.
I have been really impressed by the results since I started taking Growplex complex 10 at the end of 2024. I have androgenic alopecia and I've found it to be an effective DHT blocker and although I take it alongside other supplements, I know it's made a difference in reducing my hair loss and shedding since taking it. As a result my hair is thicker and more voluminous now.
The reason for 3 stars and not 5 is due to the poor subscription service and useless Customer Service. I signed up for the monthly subscription service, however monthly deliveries are not received in time to allow continuous use of the supplement, therefore there is a break each month because I run out. I've raised this issue with Customer service, but I keep getting the same canned response about the delivery window being 14-21 days for international shipments, but perhaps they should despatch it so it arrives on time. The entire reason I subscribed was so I could have a continuous supply. This deceives the entire point of a subscription service.
