The service, communication and attention to detail was brilliant.

Louie made me feel really comfortable and confident in the process from the very start. He explained the how Klaviyo and Manychat works in a way a 5-year-old would even understand it. This allowed me to see the vision clearly without being overwhelmed with too much information.

I ended up taking a risk in the hopes of my business growing sales from other avenues. After getting my first sale through Klaviyo I was confident in the system. The most important thing is getting people to your website which was my responsibility. Louie’s responsibility was to be the architect of the system that pulled customers in. When both of these work in harmony, great things can be accomplished.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the work took longer than expected and we went past the deadline. If you need everything ready strictly by a certain time make sure you highlight and reiterate it.

The quality is amazing and I would definitely work with Louie again.

Louie at growyourstore has completely transformed my email marketing for the better.

3 months ago Louie, the founder at GrowYourStore, reached out to us to say I was losing revenue by not doing my email marketing properly. I didn’t believe him at first, so ignored the message - long story short - I ended up taking the chance and letting him take over our Klaviyo account.

Now we’re 2 months into working together and I haven’t looked back! In the first 2 weeks they generated us an extra 5 figures in sales. These guys are 2nd to none, a full client portal to see what’s going on, results reports, explanations for everything they implement and best of all highly effective retention marketing strategies.

The team and Grow Your Store really stay true to their name. After working with 5 different agencies (yes 5!) we finally found an agency that delivers.

They set up our Klaviyo account with over 12 different flows and were able to beat the open and click rate of all email campaigns and flows sent in the last 6 months. Klaviyo is now attributed to generating us 41% of our total revenue on Shopify (5 months ago it was 18%).
