Very professional company. From first contact to installation of our cavity walls, staff were friendly and helpful. We have a bungalow and the job was about a couple of hours and the team explained exactly what they had done and how it all worked. They cleaned up too and I would definitely recommend them if you are thinking about insulating your walls.

After contacting the company Graham called at our semi-detached bungalow and did a survey, he was professional and polite at all times he explained about what was involved in full detail. When we agreed on the quote Julie phoned to say the installation team would be in touch with a date, date agreed Charlie and John arrived on time very polite and friendly, completed the work in 1 day. After a professional survey and first class advice from Graham we had GRS install cavity wall insulation in our semi detached bungalow this week.
Charlie and John did a fantastic job! Pleasant, helpful and respectfull throughout. We couldn't have asked for more.
We would highly recommend this company and certainly we would use them again when considering other home improvements.

The service given by GRS was exceptional from start to finish. Graham came to give us a quote. He explained everything about the various installations, how it would work and how it would be fitted. It was all very precise and clear. I had my own idea of what I wanted and Graham listened and after seeing the loft he gave me a price. He then went on to tell me that GRS could do the work but I didn't really need all that I had thought I needed. He went on to tell me what I needed for the same effect and at a quarter of the price. Clearly there was no pressure selling and in my opinion you can't get fairer than that. Once the quote arrived we accepted it at once and later the same day the office telephoned me to arrange a date for fitting, which was only four days from having had the survey. On the day of the fitting the team arrived on time and with true professionalism carried out the work leaving no mess and no disruption. I cannot fault this company on their performance and would highly recommend them.

Excellent service from first contact through to after sales service. The survey was completed as agreed and Graham was very good at talking through the process and showing the available cavity as he conducted the survey.
Installation was pushed back a day or two due to some unforeseen circumstances but we were kept informed throughout. The installers were very good and weren't worried by the minor access issues.

First rate experience from a first rate company. From the initial contact to the final installation GRS were excellent. If anyone is looking for an installer, I would strongly recommend GRS for the work.

This company was professional, friendly, very tidy, everyone was so helpful, from the initial contact, to the completion of the job, very happy with the results.

They did what they promised, and on time. It was pleasure to have them in our home. The work was done carefully and with consideration for our wishes and left minimal touch up work as a result.

GRS where amazing on our installation they communicate with us throughout at every step and dealt with a few unforeseen issues that cropped up along the way incredibly professionally and efficiently will definitely be using them again in the very near future.

I can't thank GRS Insulation enough for their super hard work and first class service whilst having EWI installed- From the install team and the office staff, they were all amazing! The quality of the install was exceptional and has completely transformed my home, not only externally but we can already feel the difference inside...we no longer live in an igloo! We got the airsource heating, insulation and solar panels done by GRS through the Government Scheme.
The work was carried out very competently by them. Always very prompt to arrive at the times they say they will. Very tidy and cleaned up after them.
Nice friendly guys, polite and helpful.
I can happily recommend the system and work carried out by GRS.

I used this company for a property that I let out after a recommendation from a friend and I wished I’d been told about them earlier.
Not only difference in price but when they say they will price up a job and give you a date they keep their promise. They always do an
excellent job and are very professional.
I would like to give a mention to the lady in the office, ( there may be more) but I always dealt with Shelia who was amazing when she said she would get someone to get the job looked at she did within a day or two, and it wasn’t just insulation that she got sorted for mefor me
