Inhuman support where the rules are the everything. Who made rules, they made their own. They can make anything. Just a wrong product purchased and rudely replied see line no. this clause this. even when I asked to change it to another product which can help me.

This review was issued after we denied to exchange the license you bought for another, a lot more expensive product.
The product bought was "GSA Keyword Research" where we had a demo version (just like for any of our products) so that potential customers can test things before buying anything.
Your words in the email to us where as follow (quote):

> from Google suggestions and other places, but its actually a

We gently replied that it is exactly that! A product that will find you related keywords to a base keyword and also do a lot more. So the refund reason for that was not legit and we suggest you to try the product a bit more to actually see that it does exactly what you want.
Instead all we got after denying the refund is an email with:

...and a bad review on TrustPilot as a revenge. So this has nothing to do with our customer service nor our products. It more has to do with a person not getting what he wants and screams like a little child going on rampage. Sorry, this is kind of ridiculous. But let me stick on the religious topic as you started it: KARMA will sort it out on you I hope!

We use a 3rd party order system from 2checkout. And yes, it sometimes comes to delays when people order, especially when they order by proxies or over a VPN since validating the order takes longer.
I don't know what happens for you here as you didn't add details to your order and I can't locate that by just your name. However, I'm sure you got your license by now, but I see this 1 star review is not about our service or product but the order process.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY PR EMULATOR BECAUSE IT IS VERY HARD TO SET UP WITH THE GSR RANKER AND THEY HAVE VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY OPINION IS NOT TO WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS.

I used GSA SER since 2013 and it is dead now
I used GSA SER since 2013. I noticed that it worked less and less well. It was due to the developer focusing on useless features rather than ensuring that the software succeeds in posting on websites. Now the software has many useless settings. At the beginning, GSA SER was efficient and reliable. Years after years, the developer added useless settings to the application that turned GSA SER into very complex software. Meanwhile the GSA SER and the GSA SER breaker recognizes less and less well engines. More importantly, many engines don't work anymore. For example, the software can spot a SMF forum but it will be unable to understand if the registration was successful. It appears that rather than focusing on the reliability to post and verify URLs, the developer focused on adding many useless features that literally killed GSA SER.

The settings might be useless to you but they are useful for others. It's not as someone forces you to use them. The features added usually improve the results though.
Also it's a product that can be changed by yourself as well. You have a script manual and every external file can be changed and improved by yourself.
First class on every level.
My name is Paul. I have been using software created by these guys for a few years now. The search engine ranker is the one I use the most. I have only ever contacted customer services once, that was by email and I got a real response within 10 minutes and my problem was solved within half an hour. These guys are the business and I am very pleased to be one of their customers. Highly Reccomended on every level.
