GS Ecom aps . Don’t buy anything from them. It’s not stated it’s a digital download guide for stitch guide book. If I know I’m not going to order of course. Misleading and when I tried to complain on PayPal. They can’t do anything it should be authomatic escalated to them. So I can get my refund. Don’t buy anything from them.

I would give them a negative zero. The items I purchased were misrepresented. I was not able to download one item and the other instructional manual was useless. Terrible diagrams, no measurements, just junk. PayPal was not able to help me either. Do not purchase from this company, they are scammers.

Have never received Watercolor techniques but charged $33.89 when advertised for $1.99

Wasn’t happy could not open the instruct.pages
But in the end was refunded after 4 weeks and at least several emails a refund……..Didn’t give up and I said I would put a complaint with PayPal. My favorite way of paying.perhaps that worked for me……

I ordered Study Watercolor Techniques. It was supposed to be $2 but they added $11 for shipping. Turns out they did not ship anything, but sent a link to a digital item. I wanted a book - that is what the ad showed!
Then, as the payment was processed, they said, that what I ordered had no pictures! The ad showed pictures. I wanted pictures, so they charged me another $49.
I was angry, and felt Duped. Paypal was not able to do anything other than facilitate communication with the vendor, who tried to justify what they did, and finally offered me only 20% ($8) of my payment back.
Terrible company. They lied about what they were selling, and would not give me my money back!
Do not do business with them!

I ordered watercolor technique instruction from this company on January 29, 2026. I have heard nothing from them since. I ordered through paypal, so hopefully I can get a refund.

I agreed to buy art instruction materials for $25
and was charged for that and another $29. I paid through Paypal and have not heard further from the company. Paypal has a record of my payments but nothing further. When I try to visit the web address, I get "ERROR 404 - Not Found". I am livid and I want my money back. Please don't buy from this company.

I had a very poor experience with this company. I signed up and was rushed to get in for Q4 but after signing up, had no contact for nearly 3 weeks, needless to say we missed Q4. They made a store in Spanish selling to Mexican men. I believe that the store name would have been a problem because it was a copywrited name, I asked but no response to that. My ad account was shut down within 2 weeks of the start. It took a month to get the store, the time is not my issue and they want to blame me for taking time to get the ad account set up. They had it shut down by Facebook within 2 weeks of starting the ads. There were 12 orders to fulfill that were placed before I declined paying them another $1800 to manage the store another month, they never bothered to fulfill the orders and the product wasn't available anywhere else that I could fulfill them so I had to refund and apologize to all of those customers. Four of the 12 orders were flagged as possibly fraudulent. They were not nice people to deal with, there was no good communication with them, very harsh and uncaring. I would not recommend them. To me, it looks like they are using outdated methods of dropshipping as well. Things that don't work now and there are better suppliers too. But I wasn't asked what I wanted to sell, they decided that for me, which was fine but I didn't expect to be selling to Mexico and not the USA, I was blindsided with that. It was a very disappointing and expensive experience. It was unpleasant that they didn't care enough to take care of the customers who had placed orders. I care about my customers and delivering top notch service, so that was very upsetting to me to treat them that way. I wish that I could report that they delivered on their promises, I don't see a supplement store generating $10k a month in sales, no matter how good they are. Especially when the same supplements are on Amazon for half of the price. I couldn't get Amazon to deliver the orders to Mexico when I was trying to figure out how to get the customers their product though.
