You’re absolutely right – we dropped the ball on this one. An unsolicited email and no unsubscribe option? That’s the digital equivalent of showing up uninvited to a party and forgetting to bring a decent bottle of wine. We’re really sorry.

We’ve already identified where we went wrong and fixed it so future emails will include a proper unsubscribe link (and better manners). We completely understand your frustration and appreciate you bringing it to our attention – even if it stung a little!

Fast, efficient and excellent service

Fast and efficient onboarding and transfer of existing numbers when we joined (almost a year ago) and a far superior interface with new Cisco product that our former provider. Also fast named response when we need help with any aspects of the service. Finally, billing is clear and understandable AND produced every month (unlike our previous hapless providers)

We have been with Global Telecoms for…12 years plus

We have been with Global Telecoms for at least 12 years and have no complaints at all.....we are a small outfit and they make it so easy and friendly for us to divert our numbers to wherever we want when we need.

Love wasting time ..

Love wasting time ... I ordered 10 days later i follow up and after payment they create all these obstacles and want personal information... Seems Scammy

What a shame that you have resulted in one starring us. Providing global phone numbers requires us to collect legitimate end user information that the in country regulators force us to collect. Without this information we are often not permitted by the in country regulator to supply a number. We have requested this information for a reason and as the data was not supplied to us we are unable to supply you a number. It's quite simple - if you don't supply what we ask for we can't proceed. The regulators will not supply without legitimate company information. If you can't supply this to us it does make you look a non legitimate and fraudulent company so we will not supply. You could have called us or emailed us to talk about this and we would have quickly responded to you.

Its bad form doing this to a hard working provider of services who cares about its legitimate customers.

We will be refunding your money immediately if we know who you are? We have searched our orders and can't even find an Arm Baz?

Contact us for a full refund with your full correct details if they exist.

Excellent, reliable service.

Global installed a virtual phone system with a Birmingham 0121 number. The number can be answered in our offices in Sutton Coldfield or when we are out and about on site. We have used them for about 6 months now with no issues. Their customer service is excellent and billing is easy to read. I highly recommend this company.
