GT Electric Scooters 

Was in the market for a fast ebike for a while and having looked around for multiple months, I decided that getting a stealth bomber would be good for me. Having never seen one, I wasn't sure exactly what it was going to be like so I decided to buy it from this company with their "peace of mind" policy that means you can return the product wihtin 30 days of reciving it if you have changed your mind, which initially I thought was a great idea as it meant that I could trial it.

So, decided to get the 8000w stealth bomber as I thought this would be the best option for me as well as in my price range. Found out they do next day delivery if you order before 1pm which was also a bonus as I was free for the entirety of the next day.

So, next day - the bike arrives, and it is massive. I didn't relise how big and how heavy this bike was going to be. I live in a large apartment block, so you can imagine manovring a huge ebike (aka practically a motorbike in and out would be a huge problem for me. So I remembered that I was able to return it for a refund as this is what was said when I paid for it. And this is where the problems start so I suggest you read this next bit very very carefully.

I emailed the company stating that I wanted to return it, and they agreed to take it back and everything and prewarned me that there would be a delivery fee for the drivers to pick it up and take it back, which I didn't mind as I didn't think it would be too much seeing as I lived just over an hour away from where they were coming from.

Here comes the problem now. They book me in for a delivery at and agreed date which is all well and good. The night before I messaged their WhatsApp just to confirm it was defintley being collected the next day as I would need to find someone to cover my shfit at my job. Less than 24 hours before collection, they messaged me at around 8pm the night before stating that they can no longer come as they are "short staffed", so I took the day off work and lost a days pay for nothing.

They then arrange another date to come out (next day after if I remember correctly), and they take the bike away. I then find out that they have charged me £550 for collection which is just absaloutly didiculous seeing as they only had to travel an hour to get here and take it away, I mean that is an absaloute rip off come on. As well as this, when the bike was delivered to me I noticed that the rear brake lighthad a crack in it which clearly happened during shipping as I never had the chance to touch it. I told them about this, and they accused me and said it was my fault and that I damaged it, and they charged me an extra £100 for this brake light which wasnt even down to me. Then they emailed me a day later after taking the bike away to state that one of the brake cables was damaged, and they are charging me £50 for this. Seeing as I never rode the bike and had the chance to use it before they took it away, I think it is highly unlikley that this is my fault, right? So all in all I lost over £700 on this bike, and a further £120 as I had to take the day off work to wait in for them which they never came to.

So, my advice, do NOT use this horrific joke of a company. Thanks but no thanks.

Originally ordered a 5000w stealth bomber knowing it would take a while as it was on back order, Unfortunately the shipping company used had a bit of a hiccup at no fault of the business, Edd was really helpful whenever I contacted them and gave great advice, I was refunded my money as the wait was too long but then bought a both that was in stock, Edd personally delivered the bike to my home address within 3 working days where I then found out the charger was build with a difficantcy and I needed a new one, Edd helped every morning with updates and a new charger with a set of lights showed up promptly. Would highly recommend as any issues you have will be dealt with a quickly as possible and any help needed will be given the 1000w bomber v bike I have is amazing. Thanks Edd and rest of GT scooters

Great Service - Great for someone who needs a yearly e-scooter service. Picked up my scooter from my door. Gave me a a full run down of issues and checked tyres,steering breaks,lights, battery etc and provided possible repair options with costs. Fixed and returned after parts arrived in 5 days. Definitely recommended to anyone who uses e-scooters and needs them serviced.

Hi I'd just like to say thank you to G.T electric scooter &Co. For the help and support. I came to G.T wanting an surron ebike. I did notice that it's best to phone them as thay get so much email and txs it's impossible to reply within a reasonable time. If I wasn't sure about something thay was happy to help and am over the moon with the support I got even now after haven my surron I no if I need anything I can phone . Thanks Chris Young

I want to say what a mistake CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE DIRECTOR KEMAL EDIZ IS NOT WORTHY THEY ARE SELLING PRODUCTS THEY DONT HAVE STAY AWAY

Ordered in the UK , literally here within 5 days and the charger is excellent. Will definitely use again

I was missing a screw for the scooter and I emailed twice with no response. The clip to fold the scooter is jammed so it's impossible to fold ( emailed but with no response)

I had to buy parts to find literally one screw otherwise it was unsafe to ride and also can't fold it all. Would have loved some sort of support or even response would have been helpful.......

Nothing more then perfect. outstanding customer service and knowledge of there products would recommend to anyone i bought a 5600w scooter and its incredible i had to wait a bit longer then usually so there offered me a bigger battery for my wait which was a lovely gesture of which i was happy to except ive had previous scooters from else where over the years and wish i found GT PRO earlier never come across a company that truly has the customers care at heart...thanks again GT Pro.

I called them and had to them a picture via WhatsApp of the scooter to ensure they could fix it. When they said they could we arranged an agreed date for them to collect. They came collected fixed the problem them dropped back to my home on an agreed date. Professional, friendly and very helpful. What more could you ask for!! Definitely 5 stars PS prices very reasonable

Scooter came with a couple of marks and stickers coming away- contacted team who were happy to exchange but because it was my sons birthday we decided to keep as he wanted to play on it on the day—- he loves it!!
