Poor customer service, fake promises
I contacted Green Destinations aka Good Travel Seal for the renewal of my sustainability label. I´ve been sending them email since 19.August.2026 but their customer service is really poor, and they never replied me. I found another contact I had from two years before and sent him emails and he offered me 40% discount on label renewal, but the audit never started. He told me a local person from Finland will contact me, and he never did. Again, I searched on the internet and found the personal email of the auditor of Finland, and he offered me a price without discount which was in contradiction with what they had promised me (40% discount). The discount was apparently just a fake promise that was not true. I sent them many email and asked for clarifications, but noone replied me. After two months of lack of communication I decided to work with another company. Their wesbite is also a bit shady, and no phone number is found on their website. I wonder how they issue sustainability labels while they have such poor customer service. I don´t recommend this company. I will also send a report to Visit Finland and explain that this company does not meet their requirements.
