Item didn't arrive no tracking information, costumers service horrible not recommending

This was an outstanding transaction for me. International shipping for a rare OEM part. Flawless from start to finish.

Bought a new Kawasaki Ninja 1000sx 40th Anniversary from GT Motorcycles. Made contact via the Autotrader contact form. Received a quick reply from James. This was a distance purchase for me, living in North Yorkshire. The whole process, dealing with James was first class. I got an excellent p/x price for Honda Rebel SE and was kept informed at all stages re delivery times and costs for my new bike. Bike was delivered by Steve, who was extremely professional and explained the supplied documentation thoroughly. A very reliable business to deal with and would recommend them highly.

Poor servicing, bike in for warranty work. took 2 months, problem misdiagnosed and no information till I turned up to collected the bike. When I did get the bike back the heated grips and trickle charger connection had not been connected and left loose. Battery had no securing strap / horn not connected with no wires leading to it (Both MOT fails). Hydraulic unit cover did not have the 2 plastic securing pins in so was hanging lose directly in front of the rear tyre collecting crud. "14 July" following the initial review I have been contacted by GT with both apologies and reassurance that issues have been corrected, so thank you GT for a positive response in person.

There are some products that are not sold in Japan. They responded quickly and the time from ordering to shipping was quick. I would like to use them again in the future.

My recent experience with GT autos Dundee was really great. After 3 appointments at a Halfords auto centre, where my car was going from bad to worse, I took my car to GT autos Dundee. The guys there really know what they are doing. They got my car running in no time. The manager is especially friendly, professional and polite.

Cant fault the clothing shop nor the sales team as they know all about customer service, however on the servicing side of things they really boiled my pi$$ !!! Luckily Jonathan was there to square the problem away but if it wasnt for his intervention then i would never of stepped back through the front door again.
