I received an email about the Guardian Service and how it was very helpful for many homeowners. The process was simple and easy to follow. I signed up online. So far so good.

I like the low monthly premium and no…

I like the low monthly premium and no service call charge. I like to have the peace of mind knowing if something happens the issue will hopefully be taken care of. Hope to not have to use this service.

Superb & Superior Customer Service

I had the pleasure of speaking with Steve on Wednesday, December 18, 2024. Steve was so personable and was able to put my mind at ease with the decision I was about to make. He answered every question while being patient and kind. He followed-up when checking into an answer for one of my questions I had for him. Great coverage and experience!

Great customer service and coverage in my area! I couldn't find any other insurance plan that covered my sewer/water line specifically. The sales person explained everything clearly, including the risks to my home and the coverages they offer. Signup was quick and easy, and they have plenty of contractors in Boston where I live. Highly recommend!

Very customer oriented company

Very customer oriented company. Signed up and got a nice note from the CEO. Hope I don’t have an issue with my water/sewer line but at least I am covered. The amounts coverage is much better that what my local gas company offered.
