Ma plateforme de petsitting préférée. Pas de frais cachés ni exhorbitant comme chez Animaute

Gudog est une appli tres perfectionnée et qui propose beaucoup de service client. Je recommande en tant que petsitter active !

Je suis satisfait du service proposé et des échanges que je peux avoir avec Paola.
Je regrette cependant ne pas recevoir suffisamment d'offres.

Très belle expérience et plutôt très satisfait, seul petit bémol mon compte n’était pas tout à fait a jour ce qui a retardé le payement mais tout c’est bien résolu. Pour ce qui est du chien qui m’a été confié tout c’est bien passé, très calme et facile à garder avec des propriétaires très sympathiques.

J’ai fait plusieurs fois appel à Gudog pour garder notre chien.
Simple d’utilisation, j’ai toujours trouvé un(e) Dogsitter et ça s’est bien passé à chaque fois.

Great means of finding a reliable dog sitter. There is the added assurance that they have all been vetted, and that your dog us insured for its stay. Would be great if there were more sitters listed in my area, and if calendars for availability were kept up to date

Very good concept, easy to find sitters and see reviews. App needs improvement, difficult to send pictures, can't send videos.

They should really try to improve the app.
The app is very buggy and often logs me out.
There is no option to cancel or refund a dog owner when the booking is underway EG: we recently had to give a dog back as it was reactive to a dog we were minding and couldn’t refund the owner.
When I needed help and had to contact Gudog they replied to me 3 weeks after I sent the message and then didn’t reply to my last message and ended the conversation with me and now I have no way to contact them in the app.
It’s very good for its purpose but everything else isn’t too great.
It’s also not clear that 15% is taken from both parties

The Gudog application is very user friendly and the algorithm to promote the profile is finned tune. We have been using the app for a month and 0 errors.

Money transfers of the bookings reach always in time to my account.
