GuitarGuys Reviews

I’ve purchased from these guys both mail order and in person, super service and a very cool range of guitars and gear.
Thanks

Sometimes things don't go to plan. I believe it's in these situations that the good guys really set themselves apart from the bad.

Unfortunately, my order arrived with some minor damage, but Will at Guitar Guys was very fair in offering a solution, I was happy to keep the item.

I would be very happy to buy from GuitarGuys again. Knowing that if there are any problems, it will be dealth with professionally.

Guitar Guys is the sister shop to Bass Bros, where I previously bought a bass. I was pleased to see Will branch out into guitars, especially after such a great experience with my previous upgrade. We arranged the entire part-exchange by post, and the process was hassle-free and fast. Will is generous with his advice and is incredibly easy to do business with. I can only recommended!

First time to visit after talking with Will yesterday about a guitar - Will discussed the guitar which was appreciated and advised Sam would look after me as he would be away.
I arrived later than planned - Sam had the guitar ready (pictures and description on website accurately conveyed the guitar) along with 3 other similar single coil guitars which was a nice touch!

Sam throughout was open, friendly, knowledgable, engaged and happy to share information and any questions I had.
He then let me play alone for a good while and I took the opportunity to play the other guitars, which I was really impressed with - they seem with their knowledge, to cherry pick really great examples at very reasonable prices.

I was happy with my initial choice and had a guitar to trade, Sam was genuinely interested, researched it, then took it to his workshop bench to check it out - that’s another great sign for anyone buying a guitar here.
Sam offered a good and fair px price and a deal was concluded.

This was one of the very best all round experiences encountered when looking to purchase a guitar (and also px).

Thank you so much guys !

Guitar Guys phenomenal experience.
Will and Sam top lads to deal with
Selling and buying effortless. The pricing of their gear is so competitive. My advice go to these guys for your kit. Hard to beat them on price id say.
Thanks again lads. It was a pleasure.

Fantastic service, excellent all round. They sold a vintage guitar for me, for a commission. The guitar was excellently presented and photographed on the website, and it sold within a few days. Everything else went very smoothly, and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to buy or sell a guitar

I've just bought a 2025 Fender Standard Acoustasonic Telecaster from GuitarGuys, my first purchase from them! It probably won't be my last!
Delivery was very quick, the guitar arrived within 2 days from ordering on Sunday afternoon. In brilliant condition and very well set up... and all at what I thought was a very reasonable price. What more could you want!

Excellent experience all round when buying and trading to GuitarGuys. Pricing is spot on and comms was fantastic. Fast delivery would highly recommend

Great shop, fantastic buying experience! And a great team! Honest, reliable and so easy to work with!! These guys are amazing!

Amazing service from the team at Guitar Guys - I recently purchased a 1999 Gibson J45, as promised the guitar arrived next day exactly as described. I'd certainly recommend using them.

Part-ex prices were fair and guitar purchased was accurately described and well-priced. A relatively small selection of acoustic guitars in the showroom (this side of the business is young and developing nicely) but those on offer were high-quality instruments. No pressure and I was left alone to try any of the guitars for as long as I wished. In summary, an excellent shop.

From start to finish a really good experience. The images of the guitar on the website were fantastic quality. My whole transaction was with a chap called Will who was friendly and quick to respond. I part exchanged a couple of items too which was super efficient and I was happy with the prices offered. As for the guitar itself... wow. Simply superb. Gorgeous condition, beautifully set up. Absolutely love it. Thank you!

Very happy with the 339. Impeccable condition, nicely set up, very competitive pricing. Nothing to complain about here.

I traded in a few and bought a few, got a very fair price for my trades and happy with the price I paid.
Great shop, welcoming and easy to deal with.
If your thinking of dealing with them I can highly recommend GuitarGuys.

Great helpful service and great experience all round buying from GuitarGuys! The guitar was exactly as described, quickly dispatched and arrived very well packed indeed. A decent price too!
Hassle free, efficient purchase and highly recommended.

I arranged to visit Guitar Guys at their store near Leamington to try a Fender Telecaster and was really impressed. Very friendly and welcoming in a comfortable environment where I was able to try the guitar with no pressure. Guitar was just as advertised and a very easy transaction. Very knowledgeable staff and a great collection of both guitars and basses, so definitely worth a visit.

Superb service. Very understandable and responsive through the entire experience ❤️
My order, a 2004 Gibson, arrived tuned and ready to play.

If you’re reading this, I hope you find your next beloved guitar just like I did 😊
