Guitar Village houses a plethora of well over 1,000 guitars, amps and effects spread throughout 15 demo in our 15th century listed building - a landmark of the picturesque medieval market town of Farnham, Surrey. The staff at Guitar Village all play guitar (a necessity to work here unlike some guitar shop salesmen!) and have an extensive in-depth knowledge and ability to guide customers to the right guitar. We also have a full-time tech on hand to help with any issues and set-up requirements. Great Service
Had to wait quite a while for a Fender pre-order (no fault of GV), but GV was quick and responsive when I had questions. They shipped quickly and it showed up perfect.

Whilst I was impressed with the Guitar…
Whilst I was impressed with the Guitar along with others from Guitar Village, which I have purchased in the past and service has always been good. This time however Guitar turned up with 2 broken strings. This was put down to transit, however I could only ever find the top half of the strings, make of it what you will. The chap at Guitar village was adamant the Guitar left them as normal, perhaps strings should have been relaxed for transit. Least they could have done was forward me a new set of strings, but none was offered.

I’ve bought 2 of these in the past from GV, fast service at a really great price, I would order again no problem. Just be sure that ordering an item on a Friday for next day delivery means that you will receive it on Monday and that UPS delivery updates can be misleading at the best of times.
