We booked our trip 10 months in advance and for Gulliver to accommodate us even with that long booking period is something I appreciate.

Jeremy entertained us with open arms with amazing itinerary ready (we told him what we wanted, he didn’t disappoint) and Angie!! My gosh amazing as well Angie guided us through our day to day which made the travel smoother.

Let’s start with our trip,, we did 15 days total and had the agency do everything for us. Once we arrived at the airport, our transport was already waiting for us in all our stops. The instructions in the itinerary they gave us in advance was clear that you feel like you’re already starting the trip.

Our itinerary’s packed!! Very packed that on our 3rd of the last day we had to skip activities as Jeremy and Angie and the whole agency really wants you to experience the country and the culture.

So many details about our trip that I can’t imagine happening if we didn’t book through Gulliver. They’re amazing agency and is with you everyday of your trip.

We had an excellent holiday in Equador and the Galápagos Islands arranged by Gulliver travel. From the moment we first made contact with Carmen it was a very tailored service to what we wanted. They took time to listen to what we wanted to do then suggest an itinerary. We then had the chance to tweak and iterate the plan numerous times (by instant messaging and phone call) to get precisely what we wanted. All of the providers/operators they booked for us were of high quality and they even managed to book us on ‘difficult to get on’ trip to Bartolome Island at relatively short notice. Their choices of hotels were also perfect - again because they listened carefully to what sort of accommodation we would want. On arrival at our first hotel they came and met us and talked us through the precise detail of what we would be doing every day along with some tips about what to do and where to go in Quito. During the rest of the stay they (Carmen and Tania) were in touch daily with an update as to what we had planned next and checking in that we were OK. Overall we highly recommend this operator - it stands out to us as one of the more professional and ‘stand-out’ companies amongst the numerous you are confronted with when doing a basic internet search. A quick note on Equador - we found this country to be completely safe and fine for tourists. We felt secure throughout and able to walk about and use public transport without any problem. The people are very friendly and pleased to see you - we would go back without a thought!

Had an amazing experience visting Quito and the Galápagos Islands with Gulliver Expeditions. The whole itinerary was very well organised and we felt very well looked after during the whole duration of the trip. It is not easy for Europeans to plan a six-week trip to Ecuador, including the Galapagos Islands. Gulliver Expedition helped us put together a fantastic itinerary that included some lesser-known places. Daily support via WhatsApp, even in case of problems, made this vacation a luxurious experience. We highly recommend this travel agency!!!!

My mum and I recently went on a 4-week adventure in the Galapagos and Peru, organised by Gulliver Expeditions, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience!

From the very beginning, Jeremy was absolutely fantastic. He helped us plan and customise a completely bespoke itinerary, patiently making every change we requested until it was perfect for us. He was always friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our trip special. He even went the extra mile to make new local contacts and organise a specific trek I wanted to do in Huaraz, Peru – a true example of outstanding customer service!

Before the trip, Jeremy set up a WhatsApp group with two of his colleagues, Angie (for Peru) and Paulina (for Ecuador), who were both wonderful. Every evening, they messaged us with the next day’s details – pick-up times, activities, and what to bring – which made everything run so smoothly. Their communication and organisation took all the stress out of travelling and allowed us to simply enjoy every moment.

All three of them – Jeremy, Angie, and Paulina – went above and beyond to make our trip seamless, memorable, and truly one of a kind. We are so grateful for their hard work and care, and we can’t recommend Gulliver Expeditions highly enough.

We had an absolutely amazing time on this tour of Ecuador and Galapagos
From start to finish, everything was incredibly well-organized, stress-free, and packed with unforgettable experiences Carmen and Tania were very approachable and tailored a tour to create so many varied opportunities to see the wonders of this beautiful country. To include volcanoes, cities , Amazon and the Galapagos. We have travelled lots and our guide got this tour, Francisco Atti was the best we have had. He was not only knowledgeable but also super friendly and passionate, with great English which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. Every stop was thoughtfully chosen, with just the right balance of sightseeing, local culture, and free time to explore.

Transportation was comfortable, accommodations exceeded expectations, and they were able to accommodate a vegetarian diet We got to try some of the best local dishes thanks to our guide’s recommendations.

Whether you’re a solo traveler, couple, or group, I can’t recommend this tour enough. We came home with amazing memories. I can’t recommend Gulliver’s travel highly enough

We have just ended an unforgettable trip to Ecuador & Galapagos using Gullivers Expeditions. After travelling all 7 continents I can comfortably say that this was our best trip to date!

In the lead up to the trip I emailed Carmen who expertly put together our bespoke tour to allow us to see Quito, Valley of the Volcanoes, the Amazon & Galapagos across 15 days. She delivered on this with the tour giving us good amounts of time in each area as well as moving at different paces to give a sense of adventure and time for relaxation.

On arrival in Quito, Carmen and Tania met us to run through the tour schedule and inform us on how they would communicate the daily information. This was done via WhatsApp which worked well for us with Tania giving us timely updates on what the next few days looked like which allowed us to plan what items and clothing we would need.

Both Tania and Carmen were readily available every day to answer any queries we had, this was appreciated as allowed us to switch off and enjoy the trip whilst leaving the logistics to them.

We used several lovely tour guides over the tour at the various locations with each having exceptional knowledge in their particular area, however I do want to give a special mention to Francisco Atti who we had as our tour guide and driver for mainland Ecuador. Francisco is hands down the best tour guide we’ve had in all our years of travel, he is very knowledgeable, warm, organised and uses his vast experience to read a group and offer flexibility day by day to ensure you are seeing the areas of particular interest. Francisco would actively listen and offer additional stops on our journey to ensure we fulfilled our wish list on things to see. Francisco also help us out a lot when we went to the Amazon by taking care of some of our luggage which made the experience in the rain forest more enjoyable as we didn’t have to lug all our luggage into the Amazon. The outstanding trait of Francisco is his adaptable sense of humour and engagement with the group. His expertise was the only reason we got to see Cotapaxi up close on our trip with many other tour groups missing out due to the hourly weather changes. Francisco is an absolute credit to Gullivers and Ecuador!

We would also be remiss to not mention the tour guides Melina and Brenda while we were in the Galapagos who both did an exceptional job and adapted to the groups requirements.

I highly recommend visiting Ecuador to meet the lovely people, witness the stunning scenery and visit experience the out of this world wildlife in the Amazon and Galápagos Islands. Gullivers will deliver on this and beyond if you book a tour through them!

Jeremy and Angie put together a wonderful itinerary that put the diversity, colour, history and culture on display. The daily reminders or notice of late changes were perfect and made the visit run smoothly. All drivers were on time (or early) and skillfully navigated difficult roads and other drivers to get me safely to the next destination. I came to Peru to see one thing (Machu Picchu) and came away with so much more.

Gulliver Expeditions - Carmen and Tania made our trip to Ecuador including Quito, Amazonas, Cotopaxi and the 3 major Galápagos Islands a perfect, a once in a lifetime experience. The tour was planned excellently and detailed, all transfers were perfectly organized and very nice hotels were chosen for us. A big thank you to Carmen and Tania, you are the best! They provided us ahead of the trip with all information of the tour in an app that can be also used offline and they sent us further details on a daily basis by WhatsApp. All our questions including some last-minute changes were addressed immediately. Despite the security concerns raised in the press, we felt really safe and welcomed in these beautiful, touristic parts of Ecuador. We can only recommend such an amazing trip!

Gulliver Expedition sorted out all details of our trip from the moment we landed to the moment we got back to the airport, including transport, treks, tours. They were on hand on WhatsApp at all times for any queries - thanks Angie - and sorted out any minor issues as well as made any additional suggestions.

My husband & I recently took a trip to Peru. It was a 13 day customized trip organized by Gulliver Expeditions. Carmen was our travel consultant who put together our personalized itinerary patiently & promptly as we worked through several iterations of it. Carmen’s knowledge of the place and experience gave us proper guidance and was extremely responsive to all our questions.
Once trip was booked, Angie came into the picture who was the operations coordinator & in charge of the daily logistics. We are the kind of travelers who like to have all our ‘i’s dotted & ‘t’s crossed before we start our trip. To that end, Angie made sure all the travel documents, necessary reservations, pick up & drop off timings, contact info for all our drivers & guides were all in place. True to her word, Angie was also in touch with us everyday checking in on our trip & ensuring we were ready for the next day’s program. This really took any or all the anxiety or apprehension of being stuck in a new place without any assistance.
The traffic in Lima & Cusco - 2 main cities that we visited - was a shocker in how rash some of the drivers are. Every driver that took us around were very safe and experienced drivers who made sure we had enough time to get to where we needed to go. All the personal guides spoke good English and very knowledgeable about the place they were guiding us through. The services of the drivers and guides were very courteous & friendly.
The country itself was truly amazing in terms of its rich history exposed through the archeological discoveries. The ruins that are still preserved tell a good story of an intelligent Inca civilization that existed 800 yrs ago!! The mysteries of the Nasca lines and agricultural lab in Morray were true wonders that blow your mind. The picturesque Andes and the geological wonders of the rainbow mountains leaves an everlasting memory of the beauty of the place.
Lastly the rich colors of the Alpaca wool weaving & handicrafts form a vibrant tapestry of the people bustling with warmth and carrying the traditions of their ancestors with pride!!
All in all, this was a trip of our lifetime and made possible only because of the professional services by Carmen & Angie!

Right from the first phone conversation with Jeremy, I had total confidence in Gulliver Expeditions. Everything ran very smoothly from start to finish - all of our transport arrived on time; flights, hotels and excursions were all exactly as requested. Our guides were excellent - especially Angela, who showed us around the Cusco region and taught us so much.

What made our trip extra special was the support provided throughout by Angie and Jeremy via WhatsApp, with daily updates to check that all was well and to remind us of the plans for the following day.
