Beautiful high quality products - can improve customer service.
We ordered 6 quite large chairs. They've arrived and are nice quality and as described. I did have an issue was with customer support. The company mistakenly sent the chairs to the billing address instead of the delivery address. If this was a tiny package I would understand but it was 6 huge boxes completely blocking my living space. After writing this review they reached out to follow up and reimbursed us for the time and effort in rearranging the delivery but it was not originally handled well.
