I have been trying to contact customer service for a few weeks with no response. They did not provide the service the promised. Not a good company to work with.

Quality materials and hard work.

Their expertise and knowledge of their product.

Better product than leaf filter and slightly better price. Installed when scheduled. Installed in 3-4 hours.

The salesman turned unprofessional and downright rude on a phone call right after the accept of the quote. He had "forgotten" to add a second downspout to his quote and now wanted additional funds to include it. After the install there was no second downspout.
It took the involvement of the helpful Operations Mgr to get results.
Lack of internal communication in this company is a serious concern. Seemingly no internal follow-up ("I thought somebody had already taken care of this" replies) nor correct information.
On a follow-up install the crew had no clue where to place a second downspout missing from the first install. The office had not told them. It was not marked on their work order.
The product looks all right while awaiting the first real downpour to test it.

Sales, scheduling, and install were professional and efficient. The overall experience was great and the finished product is perfect. Best of all the install team was wonderful and left no mess at all!

The installers were great. They got it done quickly. Can’t give you five stars because they also told me I overpaid and the salesman could have gone a lot lower. When he first showed up I told him I was on a budget but his first offer was way too high

Still waiting for the crew leader to come and make a final inspection of the work done. Apparently there weren't any pictures taken of the work done with the braces supposedly being put in every 18"-as per the contract-so.................

There seemed little communication between Gutter Guards America and myself when the work got shifted to different days. The man who came to show me their products and write up the contract to be done on August 15. Crew did not show and when I called the job manager said it had been set to August 17…but no one told me! August 17 comes …. Crew doesn’t show up again!!! When I called again I was told the crew had run into a problem and couldn’t make my job that day! ( could I not be called to be let know of the issue?!?). It was set for August 18, 9-11 start time. At 11:45, Steve, a sub contractor arrived and he told me right away he couldn’t get the job entirely done since when he went to pick up the downspouts needed… they weren’t ready! So he deferred to August 22! He showed me the colors available again and I found out a gutter color much closer to my house trim. I had been told by the initial representative that color had been discontinued.However, Steve made a call and found out that color was available , so he said since he couldn’t get the downspouts until August 22, he would have everything ready to go then. August 21 evening, Steve calls…. 6” elbows aren’t ready , so delay until August 23. So Steve comes yesterday and eventually two other crew members come and the get things installed. Gutters look fine, but the pvc fascia boards aren’t straight… but there were issues with the roof’s 2x4s being straight so that was beyond their control. My main frustration was that I had to rearrange my daily schedule 3 days without any heads up communication from GGA! Really frustrating and the job manager Jerry could have given a text or call ahead that the crew would not make it so I would not have waited for nothing!

They were on time. They ask questions to confirm what the customer wanted to make sure it was to our satisfaction. They even suggested making the gutter look nicer by doing the transition from the back to the front.

Installation was fine . First rain fall gutters had extreme pore over at 2 corners. Called 4 or 5 times with no results. I kept getting passed to different people. Still no results . And especially no return calls. Sorry I paid this company.

The gentleman that came out to do the estimate was very polite and professional - he very clearly worked very hard to come in low and reuse as much material as possible.

We got a number of estimates.

And everyone else came in just a few thousand above our available cash, this gentleman was able to come in a few thousand below our available cash.

The work was completed in one day, by a hard working and very polite crew.

Since this was an emergency repair that we could barely afford to pay for, this was a welcome relief.

If I need any other gutter work, I will definitely call Gutter Guards America without hesitation.

The crew was outstanding. They were quick and efficient, and did a great job of cleaning up the site. I purchased the 6” gutters due to the very steep roof pitch on my house. I’m very happy with the result.

Good quality and great installation but too expensive...

Just got installed so who knows how well it works. Had to urge installer to actually “clean up” which i thought was part of the deal. But showed up on time. Looked at one section before he left and he was going to leave a half a ft opening which would have likely become an issue. Provably got ripped off. But if they work for 10 years and they honor the guarantee (gulp) i guess it will be fine.
