I booked a walking tour in Old Quebec for April 3rd. That morning someone called Geraldine sent me a text message asking me to postpone the tour to April 4th, since we were leaving Montreal that day I told her it wouldn’t be possible and to please cancel the reservation and give me a refund to which she responded that she would and that my refund would be back to my account within 3 business days. Today, 13 days later there is no refund. I texted them several times and now they aren’t even responding my texts any longer. So, be careful when you book with this company, they are scammers.

Nous avons passé un agréable moment en compagnie de Fernando qui nous a montré les merveilles de Milan. Très cultivé, il a partagé avec nous ses connaissances sur cette ville mais aussi sur l'Italie. De très bons conseils, il a su s'adapter à nos besoins et est resté disponible tout au long de notre voyage.

I was able to take a food tour (Best street food In Panama w/ guide) with JB and it was one of the best tours I’ve taken in Panama City! JB was very catering to what we wanted to get out of the tour. You can tell he’s very knowledgeable about Panama and what Panama has to offer!

Based on your likes JB was able to navigate us to the right places to visit and eat! We were able to take a few detours along the way depending on our interest! The tour lasted way past the time frame and we ended up making a life long friend! Highly recommend this food tour!! 100000/10. It is a memory I’ll forever have! #bestfoodguide!

They assigned guide. We agree that guide will pick me up from ship and will return me to ship. The day before the tour, guide changes and tells me I should take taxi instead of train back to ship alone. Probably a charge if 200. Scam. Then wouldn’t refund money. DONT USE.

Gus made our tour a memorable experience. His first hand knowledge helped us to understand and be in tune with the local culture.
Plus he was able to help us with some of our interests in the surrounding areas.
I would highly recommend Gus if you want to really get to know Costa Rica.

Nous avons passé d'agréables moments avec Vittorio, les visites correspondaient tout à fait à nos attentes. Il a été très pertinent sur les informations et le circuit effectué, et nous avons pu échanger sur de nombreux sujets sur la vie à Venise, l'histoire de la ville, les habitudes des vénitiens...on recommande Vittorio !

Nous revenons d’une magnifique croisière entre Bangkok et Bombay avec Oceania Cruises, mais l’expérience a été gravement ternie par l’agence Guydeez, dont le comportement relève tout simplement de l’amateurisme, pour ne pas dire de l’escroquerie.
Nous avons confié 3 excursions à cette agence.
Résultat : désorganisation totale, improvisation permanente, absence complète de préparation et communication impossible. Au Sri Lanka, leur incompétence nous a fait perdre une journée entière : 9 heures de voiture sans aucun arrêt, sans aucune visite, sans même atteindre notre objectif, le rocher de Sigiriya. Nous avons dû renoncer et rentrer épuisés au bateau. Malgré une prestation inexistante, l’agence refuse toujours de rembourser les 400 €.

À Mangalore, même scénario : le guide et chauffeur n'avaient pas été prévenus de l’excursion.L’agence était tout simplement injoignable – une vingtaine d’appels et de messages sans réponse, car visiblement ces amateurs étaient… en week-end. Nous avons donc dû supprimer cette excursion, car impossible de la reprogrammer en dernière minute minute…

Pour se dédouaner, Guydeez va même jusqu’à accuser ses propres clients d’avoir soudoyé le guide ou modifié le programme. Des excuses aussi grotesques qu’indignes.

Incompétence, désorganisation, mensonges, mauvaise foi et mépris du client, telles sont les qualités de l’agence Guydeez . Une agence qui par ailleurs, pratique des tarifs très élèves en regard de la concurrence, qui prend ses clients en otage et qui est profondément malhonnête.
AGENCE À FUIR ABSOLUMENT.

Il primo giorno arrivati a Vienna avevamo prenotato un tour in centro di circa 2 ore all'ora da noi richiesta con guida, lui si chiamava Augusto parlava perfettamente l'italiano era un giovane uomo molto preparato e molto attento, ci ha spiegato tutto dettagliatamente, è arrivato in anticipo e ci ha accompagnato per oltre 2 ore. Tutto perfetto.

Che fortuna è stato incontrare la nostra guida! Ci ha portato alla scoperta di Kyoto come non avremmo mai potuto fare da sole. Facendoci scoprire angoli nascosti ma anche spiegandoci nei dettagli le attrazioni famose in città. Insomma quando incontri la guida appassionata del proprio lavoro e simpatica non puoi che essere contento e soddisfatto. Nell’era di internet puoi pensare di cavartela da solo ma ti perdi un sacco di cose interessanti che invece una persona preparata come Sebastiano può farti apprezzare.

I’m a tour guide. I’ve been treated badly and disrespectful by the this company. I wouldn’t trust them if I were you. They owe me money and other tour guides feel the same way. Horrible customer service as they book the tours take people money but don’t have a tour guide for them. Don’t buy anything they sell you 💩💩

Andrea was an excellent guide. He was vedy knowladgeable, funny, interesting and enthusiastic. We were a very international group and Andrea spoke almost every language that was in our group. He was vedy flexible with time and, if he could, would probably have gone over the initial time. Thank you so much, would highly recommend.

Nous avons choisi une visite guidée de Milan intitulée "Points forts et pépites cachées" et avons été très satisfaits. En effet, notre guide Piera a pris le temps à chaque arrêt devant un monument où un lieu de nous en raconter l'histoire et nous a donné de nombreuses informations et répondu à toutes nos questions. Merci à elle pour cette formidable découverte de Milan.

Preparato in tutto ci ha spiegato con dettaglio e passione ogni cosa e alla fine della visita ci ha portato a mangiare in un posto fantastico .Persona simpatica e cordiale , visitare Kyoto con lui fa la differenza
Non vediamo l’ ora di tornare in Giappone grazie anche a Sebastiano che ha reso la nostra giornata perfetta

Nous avions réservé une guide pour la visite de San Francisco le 20/12/2025.
Celle si est arrivée en retard après multiples coups de téléphone et il s est avéré que ce n était pas une guide professionnelle.... nous avons fait un tour de ville sans commentaire historique....
Je ne recommande pas vos prestations !!!

Era stata prenotata e pagata da tempo una visita a Nikko il 2 gennaio alle ore 7 del mattino.
Non si è presentato nessuno ed all'inizio non erano neppure contattabili. Si sono limitati a scusarsi e non ci hanno ancora rimborsato.

We had a private guided tour (2 of us) in Milan with Fernando on « Design and Fashion ». We were very happy about it. The duration is just right (3 hours). It gives you time to see many places. We were quite precise about what we wanted: more small places put into cultural context. Fernando showed us things we did not know, although we have been coming regularly to Milan over the past 30 years. His French is very good. He adapted to our wishes and could give us names of places we liked: restaurants, shops, galeries. As Fernando is very dedicated, you have to be very clear about what you wish to see.

Philipp was a wonderful guide. He provided a delightful tour of Munich even though it rained all during the tour. We especially appreciated his thoughtful guidance on public transportation.
