I ordered from this company believing they were UK-based, but they are not. They sent me the wrong item and then demanded I pay £25 to return it to Asia, despite their own policy stating they would replace incorrect items at no cost. Their replies were generic, dismissive, and offered no guarantee of refund or replacement. I have raised this with my bank and Trading Standards. Avoid this company — misleading and untrustworthy.

Currently in the process of trying to get a refund on a pair of cheap, shoddy trainers that are to small, nowhere near to the quality shown/described on there website. This company presents itself as a UK based Mother and daughter partnership, on a very convincing website, in reality I now know it is probably a backstreet sweatshop in China. Was firstly offered a 10% refund to keep the item and "gift" it to save the environmental impact of sending it back, I refused, was then offered 20%, once again I refused so was told it would cost £25/£30 to return to China and a refund could take up to 10 weeks. Learn from my mistake and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If i could rate zero stars, I would.

As an update, I initiated a chargeback via my original payment method and the funds have been returned to my account.

As per all reviews on here - I got sucked in by the slick website. Quality of the items are awful (sizing is about 3 sizes too small for shoes). Tried to exchange and it's a £25 return fee to China. Avoid at all costs.

Appalling service! Garment ordered but incorrect item sent. 6 weeks late I am told that they do not have anymore in stock and that I should return the incorrect item at a cost of £25-£30 and that they will then refund my money in 10 weeks?

Further go my previous post these swindlers now want me to return at my own expense the poor quality rag they sent ( nothing at all like the item I ordered) before they will refund the£50 I paid them weeks and weeks ago. That would undoubtedly be a case of good money after bad. Their online presence shows them to be a uk company - shots of green fields and hillsides whereas in reality they are probably some grubby little backstreet Chinese sweatshop.
Don't even think about giving them any money. You'll never see it again or get a sniff of the goods you ordered. BE WARNED

SCAM, my order took weeks to arrive from China, was a cheap (incorrect) article and they couldn’t fulfil the original order - All I was offered was a small refund and I could keep the item (thanks!). The cost to send back was prohibitive, although I was tempted out of principle. Back and forth - gave up after 'negotiating' a 15% refund - I couldn't be arsed...which is what they count on.. They have the most beautifully crafted emails that seem so customer oriented...

It's all based on retaining the largest % of the sale they can. Very slick business model.

Wasn't the shirt i ordered, and they didn't want to refund me fully.
What they did send I didn't even need to take out the packaging to know it was bad quality (nor was it close to what I ordered).

Make sure to order where you can do a chargeback - that's the only way to get your money back from these cons from China.

Do not buy from them at all. Shoes too small, asked for refund. Option 1 was 10% back or option 2 I pay £25 to send them back and get a refund on the shoes in approx 6 weeks.

They are now ignoring my emails.

Terrible experience, my order took weeks to arrive from China, was the wrong article and they couldn’t fulfil the original order. I have now been trying to get a refund for a couple of weeks and keep receiving non sensical robotic apologising emails but no solutions. Complete rip off, never order from this web site!

SCAM! I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. I ordered 2 summer blazers, 2 poor quality shirts arrived. I emailed them and received a very courteous reply apologising, saying I can keep the shirts and they will arrange the blazers to be sent immediately. Seems this was total tosh. Looks like I can expect a message informing me to gain a refund I will have to pay to send them back to China. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I’m only giving one star because you can’t give no stars. It’s a shame for online retailing because after this I’ve decided to go back to the shops. Ordered 3 shirts. They don’t have a sizing chart just says order your normal size which I did. Website says it’s a UK company serving uk customers. Shirts took weeks to drive fro overseas and are way too small. Now they want me to spend £25 to return them and wait 8 weeks for a refund. Do yourselves a favour and don’t buy from them.

Absolute scam do not order from them it isn’t a uk website it’s Chinese and products are rubbish be warned DO NOT ORDER

I ordered some mens blue loafers, the photo on their website was exactly what I wanted, also it advertised quick delivery.

It took approx 3 weeks for them to arrive, and they were a poor example of what I ordered very cheap and nasty.

When I tried to return them, they told me it would cost me £25 to send them back, and I only paid £40 for them

Never buy anything from this company! I ordered a blazer and all they sent me was a cheap shirt, nothing like the picture. They won’t refund me unless I pay £25 to.send it back to China

Then say you have to pay the cost of the item to return to ASIA - £25/£30 return fee doe £35 useless product!!!

I’m a ten and a half, ordered an eleven and it was too small to get my foot into. Insole inside the shoe was incredibly flimsy.

Ordered a pair of shoes not realising that they were manufactured and distributed from China .Took nearly a month to receive them and quality was poor .Very plastic looking and nothing like the advertised photographs.The size I ordered was an 8 and the actual shoe was more like a 7 even though it was marked an 8 .To return them I would have had to pay £25 + shipping costs .I refused their offer of a derisory refund of 10% later increased to 30% that was the limit of their policy.Which I also refused .They grossly mislead potential customers though there advertising .I advise any potential customers out there to steer clear of them .I will donate the shoes to a charity and put my £40 loss down to experience.

Awful. I agree with all of the others. Took ages to arrive, wrong shirt, too small, no redress save 10% refund offered as the cost of sending it back would be paid by me. I think I'm more likely to see Lord Lucan riding Shergar than the 10% back in my account. Complete scam. Grrrr!

Bought a shirt online and had to wait 3 weeks for a shirt to arrive. When it did arrive it was the wrong style and a completely different size. No details of how the o return it & No response from my email want a refund. I suspect this is a scam company in China, be warned!

I just wish I had read other reviews before purchasing.

Absolutely shocking. Surely consumer rights are being flaunted.
