I had this company dealing with my health insurance for so many years in fact since 2008 and I am appalled by the fact they have been charging me over and above for so many years a company that I trusted and thought they were doing the best for me yet they were just absolutely ripping me off if I can give you any advice do not go with this company they are absolutely out forgetting the best price for themselves and not for you

Do not use them! Awful services. I received an email notify me upcoming insurance renewal in a month time, I replied on the same day and requested quotes. They only send me the quotes after 1 month on 20 March 2026, Friday for insurance starts on 22 March 2026, Sunday. Their office does not open on Sat and Sunday. I called back instantly after receiving the quotes, the person sent me the quotes were actually not in office. So did the person scheduled for the quotes to be sent to me on 20 March? That would leave me no time and chance to find alternatives.

They are very very very slow to work with. Generally take at least 1-2 week to reply to an email. I would not recommend to use this broker. they took about 3 months to get us cover. It has been a month since we paid for 4 flats for buildings insurance and despite numerous request, we have still not been given our policy documents. We don't even know if our money has gone to the insurer. They could have stolen it for all we know right now.

Clara was very professional throughout the whole process. I had hit a brick wall in getting specialist insurance on my house build.

Clara was very friendly on the phone and via email, working with my architect to find a solution.

I only give one star if I am unable to consume the product or service.

Brown & Brown are a brokerage. They just do sales an marketing and act as a middleman to underwriters like Axa, etc.

They were not able to provide me with even a quote because I don't already have cover in place. Other insurers have been able to do so, therefore Brown & Brown are just not trying hard enough.

Kelly was a huge help in renewing my family’s international medical insurance, finding the best cover for our needs. Her knowledge and guidance made the whole process simple and stress-free. I’d highly recommend her and the company for their friendly and professional service.

The staff are very helpful and are willing to advise on any matter. Nothing is too much trouble.
