Bought the 'WaterRower A1 Studio Rowing Machine' from this website and couldn't recommend enough.

While I was surprised by the prices I found that they weren't much more expensive than anywhere else, and well worth it for the product, so well made and a great wooden finish to match with the rest of my home gym.
The delivery was quick and easy and the website even offered a comparison section to really help you choose the right product. Great service!

Had a great experience with Ian and the team. They were great at offering advice as to which treadmill to purchase and offered a number of solutions at different price points. Went down to their store to try out some of the options as well which was appreciated during the Covid era.
Overall communication and customer focus were fantastic, would strongly recommend them.

Russell Dale at GymEquipment took keen interest in satisfying our rather very specific requirements and in the end our gym looks and feels great! We purchased a functional trainer and a treadmill from them and will come back for dumbbell rack and various weights. Ordered a bike on bank holiday Monday, arrived by Friday. Clear communication and a really great service. New bike was installed with minimum fuss, and packaging taken away. Saving me hours assembling it and moving it into place.

What can I say other than super service from start to finish. Ian was extremely help sourcing the equipment I was after and kept me up to date at every step of the process. I had a problem with my treadmill that I reported on a Saturday. After a phone call to Gym Equipment an email was sent. The job was actioned on Monday and job completed by midday on Tuesday. This was first class aftercare and customer services.

Great service all round. From listening and recommending, from delivery and installation. All done within the allotted time. Well done folks. Delighted with my new treadmill.
