I could not find wheels for my Peak Pilates and on an off chance emailed GymKit UK. Pam responded immediately and was incredibly efficient in sourcing and procuring the correct wheels for me. She asked for photos which she used to identify the correct parts. The process was very organised and proficient. Couldn't recommend GymKit enough and especially Pam. Thank you.

Good item purchased which I could not buy elsewhere - which I’m v happy with. Delivery time was lengthy however which I imagine is due to covid.

Although my experience was a little tricky at first thanks to Reece everything got sorted. Call them - a real person will pick up the phone and help you! No robots!

I ordered a spin bike and it arrived faulty (through no fault of gymkit). Reece was straight on it helping me out and actually sourced an even better bike for me - a bike that was seriously hard to come by if you didn’t have the right connections. They came and picked up the faulty bike and swapped it out with my new one. Which is such a good bike, couldn’t be happier. Yes things took a long time, but there is a pandemic going on...it’s gonna happen!!

Truly outstanding service. From order to delivery every step of the was was superbly communicated. Reece provided exemplary customer care. The rower I ordered arrived well ahead of time which was amazing and I received a call in advance from the delivery company coordinated by Reece to check the date was convenient for me. The rower arrived perfectly and professionally off loaded to my door. The speed of delivery was impressive even more so during covid -19

Pam contacted me several times to advise on delays and an estimation of when my order would arise. Delivery man was excellent, machine is a thing of beauty - sleek, smooth lines and no nasty edges to catch me out and bite my shins as others do! Easy to put together too. I have recently ordered a precor spin bike. I had a few questions about what to buy, the customers service I received was excellent, staff were very informative. Once I placed my order I assumed delivery would be a little slow due to the current situation (Covid), but to my surprise delivery was very quick.

The bike was easy to assemble, and as soon as I used it it felt comfortable, it was easy to adjust seat and handle bars to the correct height. I didn’t order a monitor but the cradle Is great to hold my phone to stream virtual spin classes.

I Would definitely recommend this company to buy any fitness equipment.

I bought an A3 spin bike from Gymkit a few weeks ago. Bike was despatched quickly and came fully assembled as requested. However, less than 2 weeks in there was a problem with the fly wheel which seemed to have been overtighted during assembly and was not running straight. Gymkit arranged to collect the faulty bike and recommended another brand to me, which could be despatched quicker than if I wanted for a replacement A3 brand. I have been dealing with Rhona at Gymkit throughout this problem and have been highly impressed with how professional and efficient she has been in handling my case. She has kept me informed and has been completely understanding in how frustrated this situation has been. I am glad to say, that due to her amazing handling of my problem, a new bike is on it's way to me. Thanks Rhona, you have been a star.

Great service in these difficult times, my Teeter table arrived the following day, having spoken to them in the past about buying one they were extremely helpful throughout.

Firstly, the email you have provided keeps coming back as being undeliverable!

Secondly, the refund promised to me on 15-04-20 in respect of my order that was cancelled due to you not having the stock, has in fact never materialised on my credit card.

An immediate response is required on this before the next logical step is initiated.

After some initial issues with the order date. The owner contacted me directly and revised date agreed. Order came pretty much as agreed and was to the quality expected.

Wouldn’t usually write a review but feel it’s important on this occasion.

Have been battling to source a spin bike in current climate and having sent a speculative email, Howard from gymkit responded.

Initially was looking for whatever available and Howard tried to put together a refurbed bike out of current stock.

When this became unviable, he offered up a new precor bike with a discount applied. More than I wanted to pay tbh but good availability promised so jumped at it.

When this failed to materialise due to COVID-19 of course I became frustrated.

Howard managed to provide an alternative which came next day to much relief!

Challenging times but hats off to both Howard and Pam at gymkit, you got me a bike and I’m more than grateful!

After initial concerns about items not being in stock & delays due to COVID 19, GymKit UK have delivered above expectations. They have sourced me a higher spec. piece of equipment and fulfilled their promise, to get the equipment to me at an agreed time. Clearly they have gone above and beyond to deliver.

Pam has been really helpful and friendly, keeping me informed of progress. Delivery on the day was made easy with their staff being very professional to install and showing me how to use the equipment safely.

We are lucky to have a local company offering quality equipment with a friendly service.

Placed an order on 18th April for item in stock and confirmed was in stock. Even kept checking days after, item was still in stock. Sent an email on 28th April 2020 as had heard nothing regarding order to be told they had no stock of the item until 15th May 2020. Order was cancelled immediately. I understand things are moving slower due to current coronavirus conditions but does not justify misleading people just to take customer's money.
