Gym Source Reviews

Honest people that care about what they sell you
Can't find a better place to buy gym equipment

Latest visit was to get more hampton dumbbells - vinnie even helped me load 'em

I purchased a LeMond Revmaster Pro for my home and after some delays with delivery, the bike was assembled and delivered by guys that aren't knowledgeable in these bikes at all – the pedal straps were attached incorrectly, they could not answer some basic questions about how it was put together and left without leaving me the tools that came with the Pilot computer I bought with my order. Had to figure things out myself.

Great sales process and even better sales person with a personal touch took the time to identify my needs and insure I found the correct equipment. Midnight Sale saved me some significant bucks. Delivery was on time (5 minutes early.) A very professional delivery team took great care, and spent the time to ensure the equipment was working perfectly. Showed me how to use the various features, and then cleaned up all within an hour. Go to company for all my future exercise equipment needs.

Great service, fair prices, good equipment!

Matt was great!! He was extremely helpful & knowledgeable about all the products & was not pushy. They were stocked with equipment that you cannot find even in the big box stores..... I will continue to do business with Matt & Gym Source.

Helpful and knowledgeable - 3rd purchase from James S in White Plains - listened to what we needed. Also a flawless on time delivery and set up.

Helped me find and purchase exactly what I wanted.

..Once sale was made no follow through

No problems with ordering, setting up delivery and on-time delivery.

Had a great experience w Gym Source...Kerone the salesperson was knowledgeable, checked inventory to make sure elliptical we wanted was in stock. Delivery and set up went smoothly. Highly recommend Gym Source.

They know the equipment and are not pushy. I went to try out the power plate for myself but I wasn't sure what model I wanted.I needed some fun gifts for my children and grandchildren who are active and like to do things together in their home gym. No problem-mission accomplished! Next week I went back and purchased the power plate. Great for warmup and massage- no sore muscles.

Great products delivered when they said they would be here.

Bought equipment at Princeton, NJ location. The team there was friendly and knowledgeable - instant rapport. The delivery went off without a hitch. I have already recommended several people to the store.

This is the place to buy a piece of exercise equipment. Staff is very knowledgeable and know the machines and help you make the right purchase. They don't try to oversell I got a great floor model and the whole family uses and loves the machine. Highly recommend to buy with gym source. We looked at other places and knew once we got to gym source the offer much more in customer service. Delivery and set up very easy and again great team

I had a very positive experience working with your salesman Todd and the delivery guys Victor and Evarsito. All were very professional and spoke very highly of your company. I will surely be a return customer.. and we love the machine!

We had an excellent experience at the Westport store with Tom M, and with the delivery/installation, led by Victor and his team. We can't wait to use our new equipment!

Jay was very helpfull at the shop and on the phone to organize delivery. Would send anyone interested in fitness equipment to Gym Source.

Delivering my True 900 treadmill was not easy. There were steps to negotiate and the treadmill was a monster at 400+ pounds. The delivery staff did a fantastic job despite some slight damage to a couple of steps (which they immediately took pictures of and informed me they would cover the cost of repair, no questions asked). Jake B in Nashua was terrific both before and more importantly after the sale. I would absolutely purchase from the Nashua, NH store again.

I started a new workout program. My personal trainer recommended Gym Source for my necessary exercise equipment. They were so nice and "hooked" me up with everything I needed. Thanks CML.
