Excellent appointment. Went for an IUD fitting. Was very anxious as was first time and concerned about pain. Dr was amazing as were the whole team. Would highly recommend.

I attended this clinic with my partner and was very impressed with the service. The male receptionist was efficient and very professional. He immediately fitted us in at the very last minute despite being almost fully booked by moving appointments around. My partner was looked after and treated by Dr Eskander. He was very gentle, kind, patient, thorough and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain, simplify all medical terminology and address all our queries in detail. The treatment went very well and was successful. We are ever so grateful for this consultant and this professional clinic for sorting out a rather urgent sensitive issue at a difficult time. We will not hesitate to recommend this clinic to all our friends and family.

Staff quite rude and unhelpful. Dr is very abrupt and rushed. Very expensive

Had an appointment scheduled for 5pm, however had received a call from the receptionist at the start of the day asking me to reschedule for earlier in the day so that they would be able to deliver the treatment for the following day. They left a voicemail asking me to call back to reschedule so I did this whilst walking back home from university. However, on calling, I was immediately handed over to the doctor to begin the consultation. I was not ready in the slightest and was in a public space - somewhere I did NOT feel comfortable discussing my medical information.

The consultation itself felt incredibly rushed. I was not given enough time to ask questions as we went, the doctor said to wait until the end but I literally had forgotten most of my questions by then. Also, the answers he gave to questions felt blunt and patronising.

At the end of the assessment I was sent a copy of the medical notes he had taken and there was literally incorrect information, e.g. it said I was married, but I am actually single. Hence this suggests he wasn't even listening to me properly as I spoke.

I can't help but feel the rescheduling of my appointment wasn't even for my benefit, but more so he could go home early. And the appointment itself was likely squeezed into his schedule as it felt so rushed.

I did not feel listened to and I did not feel like it was a safe space to discuss my worries.

For a service costing near £500 concerning a very sensitive medical topic I am extremely dissappointed.

I have previously gone via the NHS for this particular issue and I was far happier with the service I received from them compared to The Gynae Clinic.

Honestly recommend saving the money.

Firstly, I would like to praise Nicole for being very encouraging and helpful when I booked my first appointment. When I arrived for my appointment the nurses were very kind and reassuring as I was quite anxious. Dr Aka was very gentle and explained everything that was happening.
