I am currently considering enrolling in the H2H Academy program and have the funds available to do so. I was referred through Andy Howard of Awesomely and have spent considerable time reviewing the webinar, follow-up materials, Trustpilot reviews, and testimonials.
I am encouraged by many of the positive reviews regarding the training, community, coaching, support, and AI tools. The company appears to have a physical address, support email, public presence, and many satisfied customers.
However, before investing $1,997, I believe it is reasonable to conduct thorough due diligence.
To date, I have requested answers in writing regarding the following:
• A copy of the complete 6-month money-back guarantee.
• The exact requirements necessary to qualify for a refund.
• Whether the guarantee applies to both the one-payment option and installment-payment option.
• Whether there are any required advertising or marketing expenditures.
• Whether there are any sales quotas, performance benchmarks, or activity requirements.
• The direct contact information for member support and refund requests.
• Whether I may review the written Terms of Service and Refund Policy before enrolling.
In addition, I have requested clarification regarding traffic and realistic expectations:
• What traffic sources are recommended for a brand-new member with no audience, no email list, and no existing following?
• Is paid advertising required, recommended, or optional?
• If paid advertising is recommended, what is the typical monthly advertising budget?
• Approximately how much traffic is typically required before a new member can reasonably expect to generate their first commission?
• What percentage of members generate at least one commission within their first 30, 60, and 90 days?
• What percentage of members recover their initial enrollment cost?
• Are there documented examples of successful members who did not purchase advertising?
• What percentage of successful members relied primarily on paid traffic versus free traffic?
• What is the average member outcome after 30, 60, and 90 days?
• What is the median member outcome after 30, 60, and 90 days?
• How many members actually become profitable?
• How many members never recover their investment?
• Does the company track or publish average member results, median member results, profitability rates, or member success rates?
• Does the company provide written guidance regarding realistic traffic requirements and conversion expectations?
I fully understand that no business opportunity can guarantee income, and I am not asking for any guarantee of earnings.
I am simply attempting to understand the practical realities of traffic generation, advertising costs, member outcomes, profitability rates, refund qualifications, and realistic expectations before making a financial commitment.
I have sent multiple emails requesting this information and am currently awaiting a response.
If the company provides clear and complete answers in writing, it would significantly increase my confidence as a prospective customer.
