This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The customer service was terrible and unprofessional. My daughter hired Home2Home Van Lines two months in advance to help her move from western Pennsylvania to South Carolina. They sent her a contract, and she paid them a security deposit of $655.00. On the day of the move the driver/truck never showed up at our home. We tried to call the company but could not get through to anyone. My daughter posted a comment on their Facebook page and was given Debbie's contact details. Debbie appeared to be the client service manager. However, Debbie had no idea what had happened or why the driver had not arrived as scheduled. Two days after the service was due to be completed, we received word that one of the drivers had an emergency. Debbie informed my daughter that, unfortunately, they would have to cancel our contract due to a lack of drivers in our area. She advised us that she was canceling the contract, and said that my daughter would receive her security deposit within 1–5 business days, so that she could rent a U-Haul or hire another company. However, five hours after Home2Home cancelled the contract, my daughter received a call from one of the drivers asking if they could come within the next five days. We explained that Home2Home Van Lines had cancelled the contract with us, and that they had been unable to find a driver. The driver became angry and upset that the contract had been cancelled, and said that my daughter should not have accepted the cancellation, which was ridiculous. When we explained that we had not cancelled the contract, the driver told my daughter to call Home2Home Van Lines and ask them to reverse the cancellation, given all the work the driver had put into the job. I have never dealt with anyone so unprofessional in my entire life. It's now been four weeks and we still haven't received a refund of the security deposit. I do not recommend this company. It's a scam.

The initial quote and communication I had with this company was wonderful and the rep setting up the move and estimate seemed very detail orientated and personable. However, once the deposit was paid it was awful. Contract was for 5/6 pick up and they changed the pickup window from 8am to 3pm then didn't show up. No call, email or text. After calling and texting any number I could find I got a call back from some lady saying they had tried calling me all day to say they had an issue with the truck and couldn't make it until the next day (as she is telling me this I reach out to someone and had them call my number and see if they were able to leave a voicemail and they had zero issues). They show up the next day, late again and they say that the estimate they gave me was off. I expected some adjustments since this always happens with movers. They tell me the original estimate of 734 sq ft is off by almost 500 sq ft and the cost of the move has now almost doubled!!!! I was already out of state and had paid them almost $1000 for the deposit. My estimate went from $4000 to over $7000 with them unable to explain how they miscalculated my estimate. I had a full list of items to be moved, and it matched what was delivered. I literally spent an hour going over every item to be moved, the number of boxes and the sizes as well. The day of the move they came with not a moving truck, but a trailer. The two men who did the actual move were great and I have no complaints about them but that company as a whole is very dishonest.

Let’s start by saying this was a move from HELL with this company. Don’t allow their sales people to tell you they will get your items to you sooner than anyone because it takes 21 to 30 days before you get your items. They ask what you’re shipping and then give you the lowest square feet but charge this astronomical amount. I was then told for an addl $3700 they could take all my items on top of $3k that was already charged. I was then told by Jack for an addl 200 cubic feet it was $1100. My items was delivered 3 weeks later and I was told by the driver it was an add on to his delivery because of all the calls. On top of talking to the manager she said that she calls all her customers before any payments to make sure this is a good fit but she lied because when she called me it was just to get paid. My items were delivered dirty, damaged and the contract was not honored because they didn’t put anything together. If I didn’t have to give them any stars I wouldn’t. This is the worse company to have move your items and it’s thru a broker which the salesman was full of it.

I scheduled an interstate move with Home 2 Home Van Lines from Colorado to Minnesota and paid a deposit after receiving a binding estimate and confirmed pickup date of March 29, 2026.

The company never showed up for the scheduled move and failed to provide any moving services. I attempted to contact them regarding the missed pickup and refund of my deposit, but the issue was not resolved.

This caused major disruption to my moving plans and left me scrambling to find last-minute transportation. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company do thorough research before paying a deposit.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with how this entire process has been handled. I have kept every receipt, documented every conversation, and recorded all communication throughout this process. At this point, I am seriously considering taking legal action against everyone involved, from Debbie to Keith, and anyone else who misrepresented this service.

Keith, who I initially worked with during the booking process, gave me one quote and one delivery timeframe. However, when the movers arrived to pick up my belongings on March 26, I was suddenly charged an additional amount that was never clearly explained beforehand. I was originally told that my items would be delivered no later than April 6.

Since my belongings were picked up, I have received little to no communication. I called repeatedly and could not get answers. When I finally reached one of the movers who picked up my items, he gave me another contact number. When I spoke with that individual, I was told something completely different, that delivery could take up to 45 days. This was never disclosed to me during the original agreement with Keith.

When I tried to speak with Debbie about the conflicting information and explain what was originally agreed upon, she was dismissive, rude, and unwilling to listen. On top of that, most of the contact numbers I was given are now disconnected. The only number that appears to work is Debbie’s, and she is no longer answering my calls.

At this point, I do not trust this company. Until my belongings are returned, this feels like theft. If my items are not delivered within the timeframe I was later given, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action. I also believe I am entitled to a partial refund because the original agreement and delivery timeline were not honored. We are now in May, and my belongings were supposed to arrive by April 6.

Working with Deby and Home 2 Home Vanlines was honestly one of the best decisions I made during my move. From the very first call, Deby made everything feel easy and stress-free. She took the time to explain the entire process, answered every question I had, and made sure I felt confident moving forward.

What really stood out was her professionalism and dedication—she genuinely cares about her customers. The pricing was fair, transparent, and competitive, and she worked with me to make sure I got the best value possible. The team showed up on time, handled all of my belongings with care, and took care of everything from start to finish, including wrapping, loading, and setting things up exactly where I needed them.

Moving is usually overwhelming, but Deby and Home 2 Home turned it into a smooth, organized experience. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, and hardworking moving company, I highly recommend working with Deby—you won’t regret it!

I cannot provide a higher recommendation for this moving company. Easy to work with, great follow up and best price. Then comes the moving crew for day of service. Efficient, kind, incredibly helpful getting my own stuff into my car. Really considerate of my stuff and packed it in my storage container as if it was their own. You will not go wrong with this group.

We had a great experience with Mike Rob Angel Brett from Home2Home Van Lines. They were extremely professional, efficient, and careful with everything they handled. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and they made what could have been a stressful day incredibly easy. Highly recommend their team and the company—excellent service all around!.

Amazing Work! Great Job, arrived on time as agreed. Did the walk-through prior and as we returned to the main floor, they already had boxes in their hands ready to go. Would absolutely use them again and have already recommended Home2Home Van Lines to a coworker. Did our homework before booking them and found them to be top notch.

I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when dealing with this moving company.

I paid $404 upfront to start the moving process for a scheduled move on 1/8/26–1/9/26. On the day of the move, the company canceled and left me completely stranded without movers or assistance. This created a very stressful and disruptive situation.

My main point of contact was Deby, whose communication was rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. Attempts to resolve the issue respectfully were met with poor customer service and no accountability.

Even though no moving services were ever performed, the company has refused to refund my $404 payment. From my experience, they accepted payment but failed to deliver the agreed service or properly resolve the issue afterward.

Customers should be very careful about paying upfront fees and should thoroughly research this company before booking. I am currently pursuing formal complaints and other remedies to recover my money.
