Used Habito three times, once for my initial first-time loan and then two subsequent remortgage deals. Pleased with the service each time. Sameer has positively supported me on numerous occasions (both remortgage deals), and answered my questions thoughtfully. Only criticism is the 1 working day turnaround for responses to what I imagine are some standard questions, which drags the process on slightly. However, happy overall and will continue to use in the future.

I found Ahmet very helpful and helpful responded promptly to a number of questions.
He found me a good deal and using the Habito dashboard is quite straightforward.

The team were really helpful and made the entire process painless.

Everything was well explained and broken down where it was needed.

The team respond quickly and will help with any and all questions. a big plus is the portal and live view of the process

Habito have made it so simple to renew our mortgage after our previous five year fixed term mortgage was expiring. Pietro was so helpful, he listened to what we needed and gave us great advice, making everything easy to understand. I’d really recommend habito and Pietro to make the process of getting a mortgage as straight forward as possible!

She not only delivered her promise but kept me updated throughout the day and even stayed on at the end of her shift to ensure my application was submitted. Brilliant service and would highly recommend!

I recently raised a request with Habito through the Monzo application to remortgage my existing mortgage, and the experience has been very positive.

My assigned specialist, Jessica, was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. She worked with me to find a very good mortgage deal and was always quick to answer questions. Jessica also guided me through gathering and submitting all the required documents, which made things much less stressful.

The Habito portal itself is very well designed and makes the whole process smooth and straightforward. Uploading documents, tracking progress, and communicating were all simple and efficient.

Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend Habito to anyone looking to remortgage.

We saw Habito recommended on MSE and so decided to use them for our mortgage. Sameer was incredibly helpful in getting us the best deal and the process for submitting the application and getting approved was simple. We also opted to use Habito Plus for conveyancing, which made things simpler as everything was in one place. Mariam was fantastic in always answering our queries quickly and clearly. The conveyancing team were also very helpful, particularly Abbie and Leah, and we have now completed on our home!
