I cannot recommend Gemal at HAB Law highly enough. He supported me throughout an 18-month family court process and his professionalism, calm approach and dedication made an incredibly difficult time much more manageable.

From the very beginning, Gemal was patient, understanding and completely committed to supporting me. He always gave clear, balanced advice that I trusted and made sure I fully understood every stage of the process so I never felt in the dark.

Family court proceedings can be overwhelming, but Gemal was always on hand to answer my questions and reassure me when things felt uncertain. His calm manner and ability to explain things clearly made a huge difference.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at HAB Law.
Their client service is very poor.
They do not listen properly.
They do not provide clear legal advice.
Their work is disorganized.
There is no proper guidance.
It is all a waste of time.

I contacted them many times through Legal Aid.
They did not respond on time.
A translator was not provided when needed.
I sent multiple emails.
A lot of my time was wasted.
I was very stressed during this period.
I did not get the help I needed.

I am not satisfied with their service.

I can't recommend Kate Hurley enough, she supported me through a very difficult time every step of the way. HAB Law we're very professional, supportive & professional. I dealt with Kate from start to finish her kindness & care was exceptional.

The client service at HAB Law is terrible. They cause people in PSD, trauma, and stress to break down in tears. They do not listen, cannot provide proper advice, and their work is chaotic. There is no constructive collaboration or research. Conversations are based on hypotheses rather than concrete guidance on how to resolve issues. I honestly do not recommend this firm. It’s a waste of time, especially when seeking legal aid.

Hab law are amazing and have helped and supported me a lot accross the past year with some difficult circumstances always there when you need them prompt to reply to emails and phone calls and amazing at explaining things you don’t understand thank you for your help Denise and Miss Tariq
