Quality of the basin was superb and exactly as the product description.I’d been looking for some time trying to find exactly what I wanted -they were very helpful in answering my queries. GREAT PRODUCTS, MAGNIFICENT SERVICE
I couldn’t recommend Haddon highly enough. From ordering to delivery, all was impeccably organised and smooth running. The customer services from Michael was fantastic. He responded to emails immediately with constructive suggestions and information.
The product was delivered just as promised. The Tulsa Pietra Grey Marble Wall Hung Basin is beautiful in my opinion. It’s also looks stunning and beautiful taps function perfectly.
All sink and taps are also of the highest quality and the price, although, not cheap are very competitive compared to companies providing very similar products in my opinion.
Myself and partner are extremely happy with the sink taps and all our dealings with Haddon. Highly recommend

Ordered a panda marble sink
Ordered a panda marble sink, which is amazing. From my initial enquiry to delivery the standard of service from Haddon was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and you can speak to an actual person, not a live chat. The staff Michael from sales, and David from customer service were both friendly and professional. The upstand I ordered didn’t match the sink so the team arranged for a bespoke upstand to be made which matches perfectly. I would not hesitate to shop with Haddon again and would highly recommend the company for their customer services and the excellent quality products.

Outstanding Customer Service
I placed an order with Haddon a few months ago, everything was perfect and the quality, delivery times and experience were amazing.
Fast forward to getting everything plumbed in and my plumber lost one of the brackets that fix the radiator to the wall, I got in contact with David from customer service and told him my problem and within a day he had a new bracket being manufactured. No hassle and no questions asked, just impeccable customer service as usual with Haddon.

I purchased polished nickel traditional…
I purchased polished nickel traditional radiator valves and pipe extension kit from Haddons. These are not yet fitted (due to the winter lull), but to handle they look and feel beautiful and extremely well made. They represent excellent value for money and I'm glad I found them.

Haddon were really helpful when I…
Haddon were really helpful when I needed a fast turnaround to order a Matt white slotted waste for next day delivery. I couldn’t source it from anywhere else! And it arrived promptly and is a great quality product. George Borland liaised with the warehouse and rang me back to let me know he’d been able to arrange this.

The products are just beautiful
The products are just beautiful. We ordered our taps etc from here- they were polished nickel and they look fabulous. My plumbers had a problem with a pump and couldn’t make the shower work initially. I went back to Haddon, spoke to someone instantly (yes, honestly!), they provided additional, technical information for the plumber but the fault was with the pump, which the plumber had supplied. Haddons were so helpful. The products are of a great quality and look stunning!
