Hagon Shocks Reviews 

2 days ago I rang Hagon and ordered new rear shocks for my Royal enfield hunter. Arrived today and fitted feels like a different bike, totally transformed the ride £184 well spent.

Recently, after only four years and 4300 miles, I was seriously disappointed that my Triumph Bonneville T100 rear Hagon shocks failed there MoT, the dampers having completely lost all function. I called Hagon and had a chat with Dave who suggested I post the shocks to him and one week later they were repaired, back on the bike and at no cost apart from postage. Now that's what you call after sales service! Thanks very much to Dave and Hagon.

I've recently switched to a 2016 Triumph Street Twin 900. Excellent bike but the stock rear shocks were appalling. I'd googled several alternatives and yesterday I spoke to Dave at Hagon. We discussed my riding style, weight ect and he recommended their standard Road Shocks. They arrived in less than 24hrs. Very well packed and bushed for my bike. Just 20 mins to fit and I'm just back from a 40 mile run without my spine and kidneys taking a battering. The difference is significant. For Just £153 including postage it's transformed my bike.👍👍

Absolutely fantastic advice and service from Hagon.
I gave them the details of my bike, my weight, average pillion weight, my riding style and the fact I tow a trailer.
They built the shocks using all that information. They arrived within a few days. It's like riding a different bike.
Price was fantastic too.

Dreadful, their website is not secure and boots you out when trying to pay, contacting customer support is a complete waste of time as they know about it but aren't prepared to fix it, their security certificate expired over 18 months ago and the only suggestion they can give is to send your card details in an insecure e-mail to their insecure server.

Great personal service. I have recently bought progressive fork springs and then a few months later a rear shock absorber. On both occasions the advice given was excellent and the items, which were of high quality, were delivered quickly. When I had a query re fitting, genuine good trustable advice given. Excellent.

After some very good and relevant advice and measurement instructions, Hagon satisfied all dimensional requirements (including wish list features) with the relevant type of twin rear shock units.
Ordered early in the afternoon and delivered 09:10 the following morning.
Support/advice/price/delivery excellent.
