Order #33098 confirmed, I received this message on Jan. 2, 2025. I still haven't received my order. I've sent several emails to without receiving a reply. I've received 2 email kick backs. I will be contacting my bank reporting this business as a scam and requesting a refund. I do not recommend purchasing from them. Order from Amazon. I placed an order from Amazon and received it 2 days later 100% Batana Oil cold pressed. If I could select negative stars I would. 👎👎👎

I ordered hairbatana oil since December 2nd 2024 I just recieved my order January 27th and it looks like water. It cam in a little jar not what I been seeing everybody else get. I feel like they scared me don't order from this company. I am definitely not happy with what they sent to me that took a whole freaking month to end up with two little jars.

I finally got mine today. I go it yesterday, but I didn't check the mail until today, which is Sunday, so I know that it came yesterday. I ordered it on December 4th, 2024, and just received it. It was two small bottles of hair oil at 2 ozs. each. Walmart is cheaper. I hope it works. WKYP. (will keep you all posted

I ordered my product over a month ago. Long story short I just got it today 01/25/25. I just happened to be walking by my mail box and the package was there. Problem is I do not think it is authentic. Mine had batana oil and Elaeis guineensis in it. The second ingredient is a palm oil from Africa. At least it's not a bunch of chemicals. The length of time to get it is horrendous. I complained that I wanted a refund and would be contacting my bank and boom it showed up.

Ordered Hair Batana 01/06/2025 .... they charged my credit card $34+. They sent emails that the product shipped, but then sent an email 01/16/2025 saying it didn't ship and that they had many orders and to be patient. On 01/23/2025, I tried to send an email to them at their "support" email address and it was returned as "undeliverable" two (2) times. I then sent a communication via their website; however, now that I'm seeing these other reviews, I have determined that this is probably/possibly a scam. I cannot find their original post on Instagram and I even checked Facebook and NOTHING ADVERTISTING THEIR PRODUCT associated with their company. I disputed the 01/06/2025 $34+ charge to my credit card today 01/23/2025 and sent my credit card company a copy of the "undelilverable email".

This site is a SCAM!! Do not order from them. I placed my order on 12/12/24, it’s now January 22, 2025 and I still have not received my order. I have tried to email them and call, no response, and there’s no update on my tracking. I just want my money back!!!!

I made a order, by two get two free $54.90 it's almost been a month haven't gotten my order and I think this is a scam I need like money.

I order this product December 14,2024, its is now January 20,2025, I never received my order, this looks and feels like a scam, they are stealing people money. Don't buy from them, I can't get a hold of them, every time you try to track, nothing is happening. I need my money..

I ordered 2 jars of their oil 2 weeks ago. The items are still showing as waiting to be picked up by the shipper even though their website promises 5 day delivery. I have sent emails, web inquires and called the 2 numbers I have found for them numerous times over the past 7 days but have not received any response. Terrible customer service and is apparently a scam.

I ordered this crap no update on order this company is a scam I'm requesting my refund. Never again will I order!!!

I appreciate the previous reviews.. I ordered my jar on 12-27-2024 & based on the tracking number they gave me it stuck on a boat in China or something. fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me!!!! so mad, had hi hopes for this product based on the advertisement: guess it was all a lie.

What a waste and shouldn’t be allowed. I ordered through IG and it used my Shopify account to order on 12/20/24. I was supposed to receive it within 10 business days. Today is 1/8/25 and you guessed it I still do not have it. Tracking info comes from 17 Transit and shows product left country of origin Yanwen. I have emailed 3 different email addresses and no response. The only way to get true batana is to travel to Honduras yourself

This company is a scam I ordered my hair batana oil on December 2 2024 and never recieved it where ever Yuwen is they gave me a tracking number and I track the suppose to be the package and it tells me it had already been delivered.Im trying to figure out where they sent it to so now they took my money I ordered 2 one for me and my mom I emailed I called and no answer. So people needs to knw not to order anything from this site because it's a scam u won't never get your product.

This company is a SCAM!!!! Canceled order 10 mins after I ordered on a Sat nt,said they shipped my order on Sunday via email. Tried 13 times telling them to CANCEL and REFUND my money,NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. Phone num is NOT LEGIT. Contacted my cc company to dispute. Sick of these scammers.!!!

I’ve been waiting for this delivery of 6-8days for several weeks now.
The contact number is outta service.
Nobody responds to emails.
Tracking app wants money just to track your order.
Horrible experience.
