Hair transplant (28/04/22)
My experience with Hair medics was very positive from start to finish. I first got in touch with Rob who talked me through my options and later helped organise my surgery. Rob was really friendly and helpful and right from the beginning was very honest about what would be best for me given my circumstances. When I decided to go through with the transplant, the op was booked in quickly and everything was very simple. Good communication throughout.
On the day, I met Dr Ali and the supporting technicians Amal and Safura. They were quick to let me know what my expectations should be for the procedure and I was made aware of the best and worse case scenarios before hand. The op all went smoothly and the team were all very friendly and professional. I was well looked after throughout the day with lunch ordered in for me and Netflix to keep me occupied during the procedure.
It's now been just over 3 weeks after my procedure. I've followed the post op instructions closely, the scabbing has gone and the transplanted area is looking promising. Rob has also been in contact frequently to check up on my progress. All in all, a very good experience provided by Hair medics and I look forward to seeing the improvements over the next year.

Very professional
Went for my hair transplant session at hair medics. Although we had to abandon the session as the anaesthesia had some side effects on me. They assured to give me a full refund and carry out further scratch test with a different anaesthesia variant. I felt everything was very professional from start to finish from the whole team and the entire procedure was well explained. Special mention to Dr Ali and Robbie.

Thanks for the positive feedback. It was a shame we couldn’t complete the surgery due to your reaction to the anaesthetic, but yes we will perform a couple of patch tests to determine if there is an alternative local anaesthetic we can use that you can tolerate well. The main thing for us is that you are safe and had no long lasting side effects. We look forward to seeing you again. Take care
Hair Medics UK review
I had my fue hair transplant with Dr Ali 6 weeks ago. I was anxious as you would expect but the team were absolutely fantastic and instantly made me feel at ease.
The clinic is absolutely spotless and I was majorly impressed that they use brand new equipment on every patient instead of using an autoclave which reduces the risk of infection.
At one point during the day, I think I fell asleep listening to my music on YouTube.
I just want to thank Rob, Dr Ali and the team for looking after me.
I am very excited about seeing the results.

FUE procedure
I had the FUE procedure yesterday. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and explained everything step by step and were happy to assist with any questions. Even for the aftercare the staff are easily contactable. I am very happy with how the procedure went and looking forward to see the end results. No complaints and would recommend this practice to everyone. Very reasonable on price compared to many other clinics.

Amazing place
Amazing place. U had a surgical consultation for a scar with Dr Shahe. He explained everything for me from A to Z. Wish the NHS would do that. I would definitely advise this clinic as ir is fully comprehensive clinic and not just a botox corner shop. Sean

Its not about the clinic. It about this Doctor
Its not about the clinic, It about Dr Mohammad Mohammad (GMC 7366953) Hair Transplant surgeon. I really had very bad experience with him. I asked him to cover my crown areas but he didn't perform well and most of the surgery was performed by his assistances who were not allowed to raise my concerns. After 8 months my scalp looks same as before surgery. I was paid a lot through finance option which I regret now. Seems like I need to go for another hair transplant.
