The Flex Denim clothing is great. I wish the larger sizes also had a length option as I always have to shorten the stuff I get. The website is pretty awful, and the advertising is deceptive. It offers one price then when the clothing is in the cart it magically costs more. Hence the mixed review.

I hate to give shopping sites my telephone number. I did it here to save 25%. When I tried to use it, it only applied 5%. No customer service, no chat. Nothing. I wanted the jeans. I will not buy from this site again. This is clearly consumer fraud.

halara is always fully stocked in the sizes and colors I want! Also the variety of styles to chose from is really impressive

My biggest complaint is that they offer you a 25% off coupon if you sign up for texts. The reality is that it is not a 25% off coupon. It only added up to 0.05% discount. It was actually less helpful than just using the free shipping that was offered. This is a total bait and switch type of scam and makes me wonder about the company. I did go ahead and order something. We'll see how the product is and how long it takes to arrive. Just don't bother signing up for text alerts - the coupon isn't what they said it is.

The coupon codes are misleading and deceptive. When I received a text telling me I could use a code to receive 10% off I thought it was a pretty good deal. When I went to use the code I was informed I needed to spend at least $100. These codes are tricks to get you to buy from their site are not worth the aggravation. I shall shop elsewhere. It happens all the time.

I ordered 4 pieces from Halara; wasn't sure about petite length versus regular length. So I ordered both. I tried returning the ones that didn't work. NEVER got a contact with anyone; no way to actually return. I loved the product, the feel. I am sure these pants are made overseas from America and that's why we couldn't return them. But it's bad business practice to say that you allow returns when you don't. I am going to try once more for the correct size; placed another expensive order. I pray that I want have stress if I need to return. This is Halara's last shot with me. I'm guessing at the date of my last purchase for your review.

The site was great. The quality looks good on line. We will see when it comes in. The welcome discount is deceiving. It tells you if you sign up for text messages you will get a code for 25% off all items. What it does not tell you is that you have to spend $399 to use the code. False advertising. That is a lot of money to spend for the first time trying a new product.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Halara's online clothing store. I made MULTIPLE attempts to contact customer service through the online chat, which appears to be the only available method to reach a representative, and received NO RESPONSE each time. It is incredibly frustrating when there is no reliable way to speak with someone about an issue, especially when assistance is needed in a timely manner.
At this point, my frustration has gone far beyond inconvenience. A company should provide responsive customer support and accessible communication for its customers. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling ignored and very dissatisfied. I spent a small fortune on clothing and feel as though I deserved, at a bare minimum, the basic common courtesy of someone responding to my repeated inquiries regarding the items that I purchased. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ordering from Halara as it is a business that offers no support when problems arise.
What should have been a simple customer service interaction became an extremely frustrating experience due this company's complete lack of unresponsiveness. The absence of any meaningful customer support reflects poorly on the company's professionalism and left me feeling unvalued.

Tried to return or exchange a pair of jeans.Was told to keep the jeans and they would send a gift code so I could order the size I needed. That code never came. did it again and was told to look at my email which was the wrong spelling so they fixed the spelling and then the code still didn't come through. When the gift code came through they were going to charge .28 cents. I didn't care so I put in my credit card and it wouldn't take so I tried 5x.The phone number didn't work and I was onchat for one hour! Terrible site. Do not use. The last response I got was order more items and then we will take shipping off! Seriously!! Then I was told to use a different browser. I am furious.

The shopping part was good. The checkout is frustrating. I usually have things shipped to my office, but your system does not allow for a different shipping address and billing address. So I have to go to the post office or hope they deliver my packages to my house when no one is home.

We love the pants!. One pair was too big and customer service was very helpful and immediate. Great clothes - great company

Beware returns are next to impossible. They will send you in an endless loop of sign up to create an account instead of sending you the return shipment label. Even tried downloading the app and it’s impossible to enter the order details or info to try and get the return process started. I wasted over $80 and am bummed that I’m unable to process the return on items that clearly do not fit and are in perfect condition to return. Their customer service email predictably sends you back to the same loop. This is why I hate shopping on Instagram and Facebook. It’s so very ‘hit or miss’

Their clothes are OK. I purchased 2x. 1st pair of pants were soooooo smelly that I couldn't get the smell out. Like toxic material. They don't want the items back. The small size in jeans were way to big so I ordered extra small and they didn't want old size/pair back. Another pant fit awful and so they issued a credit. I just went to reorder and use the credit and the "gift card" number they supplied that I was supposed to enter didn't work so WHERE is this credit. Now I spend another $100+ for possibly MORE items that may not be returned and some future credit that may not work again????? so frustrating!!!!!! Save your time and money and walk into a REAL store. SUPPORT LOCAL and know what you are buying. This online is becoming a pain in my A$$!

I had ordered from Halara before, this time my order did not work and i just wanted a refund to my credit card but they only offered a gift card which is not what i wanted so i probably will not order from them again

Deceptive coupon codes. I received an offer for 25% off of my entire purchase in exchange for receiving text promotions. When I went to check out, the code redeemed for 5%!!! I went through with the purchase but I won't be shopping from them again.

Clothes are pretty good and fit well. Shipping times are fine, usually about 1-2 weeks from order to my door.

My issues are that there are no bigger models for the clothes. Its hard to tell if something will actually fit when every model is a size extra small.

Also, the sales on the website are kinda dubious. It feels like there's certain items that are always on sale, so therefore youre not allowed to use coupons on those items.

Lastly, all the clothes fabric is 100% synthetic and not recycled.

I placed a significantly large order and because I've been losing weight, everything was too big for me. Halara made it very easy for me to replace the entire order in a smaller size! I love their clothes, and will definitely continue to buy from them. They are good quality and want to keep their customers happy.
