Bought a bangle for my wife which was beautiful but had an issue with the hinge pin coming loose. Made contact despite being out of a normal warranty and was impressed that the company replaced the bangle. Buy with confidence knowing they will treat you well if you have any issues too!

Jacqueline has helped me over time with various concerns related to my orders. The most recent time she checked into why I couldn't get my HD order completed. There was a problem with my address, which I couldn't understand, as it was the same address as always. She was able to send me a link so I could complete the sale. It was timely because the item was still available! Jacqueline is always helpful, friendly and kind. She responds as quickly as she is able to. Halcyon Days should be very glad to have her as part of their team!!

We ordered a bangle, preorder, on September 18th. The website said it would ship out October 1st. We have not received any updates at all. Have emailed 4 times and called 3 times with zero response. Companies customer service is absolutely horrendous. We even called DHL to see if they had anything coming to us and they said they did not. At this point we are thinking of disputing the charge with our bank.

I was most impressed by the understanding and helpfulness that Jacqueline Shepherd gave me when I asked about a particular item I was looking for on the Halcyon Days Website. She found the enamel box I was inquiring about, and alerted me right away, informing me that she would aid me in ordering this piece. I then gave my shipping and payment info. Then within a week she was informing me of the shipping and arrival info , and, it was then delivered to my doorstep in St Louis, Missouri USA ! There are very few other business with such excellent customer relations as this.

Jacqueline was absolutely lovely and very helpful throughout the process and the products themselves are really beautiful. I would definitely recommend Halcyon Days to anyone looking for something special.

The level of personalized service was exceptional. There was a production issue with one of my ordered items and the Halycon representative researched all the details so I was able to make a decision on how to proceed. She was responsive, professional and kept me well-informed.

I heard about the craftsmanship and beauty of Halcyon Days products so bought my friend a bracelet for her special birthday. I was not disappointed. It was beautiful and the details on it gave it an unusual look. I have been a long standing admirer and customer of Halcyon Days. I saw a beautiful pair of cufflinks but the website said it was out of stock. I received very prompt and courteous response to my enquiry and further communication explained fully the process and timing of obtaining out of stock items from the factory. This was my first dealings with Halcyon Days and they, and Jacqueline who dealt with me, were great.

I had bought the Trooping The Colour cup for my Mum for her birthday, which I knew she would love, but when Mum opened it and went to use it she noticed it had a big crack in it. When I let Halcyon Days know Jacqueline asked for a photo, which I supplied, and without any hesitation a replacement was offered, which arrived, crack free, in very good time (quicker than advised and expected).

Quite simply the service could not have been any better.

Apart from the lovely, consistent quality and variety of the items offered by Halcyon Days, we must say that the service is always prompt and really first class. They always go out of their way to satisfy my requests and to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Really impressed with this company, the products are lovely and the staff go beyond and above to help the customer. Would have no hesitation purchasing from them.

I needed to exchange some bangles for a different size and it was complicated due to one being sold out and the new bangles having to be delivered to the Isle of Man. Throughout the whole process, Jacqueline was SO helpful. She did everything she could to help me which resulted in our friend receiving the correct size bangles for her 60th birthday.

I wanted a gift and I noted a 5 working day delivery, which was too long. I called the Customer Services who were perfectly polite and expedited the purchase through the packaging route.
The gift arrived in good time.
