I cannot emphasize enough the fact that Jacqueline was beyond brilliant in guiding me through the process to purchase my second bracelet from you!! …She was patient…understanding…and just so very pleasurable to work with….so very many kudos for her!!!

I placed an order online at Halcyon’s site to have a box personalized with a message for a special friend’s birthday gif later this summer.

2 days later I received a message from Halcyon that my order was “On Hold”. Oh No, I couldn’t imagine what the delay was….. When I opened the message, I was stunned to see that Jacqueline (Super Smart Halcyon Salesperson) put the order on hold because she was pretty sure I had a typo in my message and she wanted me to double check!

She, of course, was absolutely correct. I had read my personalization several time before I submitted the order, however I actually spelled my husband’s name incorrectly on the message! How embarrassing it would have been, and equally disappointing, if she did not catch MY MISTAKE and we then did not have the perfect gift for our friend.

I am so grateful to Jacquline for caring enough to reach out and ask that question! She SAVED THE DAY! I cannot wait to see our beautiful gift and without question, I intend to buy more cherished gifts at Halcyon!!!!!

I enquired about a bangle that was out of stock to see if it would be coming back in. Jacqueline contacted me to say that one could be made if I was willing to wait around 6 weeks. It didnt need much thought for me to say yes and Jacqueline sent a link for me to pay a few days later. I was so excited as I clicked on the link whilst at work and noticed the image of a cuff bangle - not the one I had asked about and in my panic, clicked the wrong button. I emailed Jacqueline straight away and she responded with a link to the right bangle and to say she has put the cuff on hold. So thank you Jacqueline for sorting my error out, it would have been a costly mistake on my part and I truly appreciated your speedy response and professionalism. My other bangles are beautifully made and I love wearing them. I would highly recommend Halcyon Days, their stunning products and fantastic customer service! Looking forward to my new addition when it arrives.

The brand is good, the return process is not customer friendly. The customer service telephone number is constantly engaged. Also cost me £8.95 to ensure that my return was sent safely…no invoice with my purchase added to my stress on returning my item.

I ordered a bracelet online, not only they sent me the wrong one, but after many false attempts of collection of the item (they said the courrier would come on a certain day for which I had to work from home but nobody ever turned up, this happened 4 times!) but once collected the product was never refunded and none of my chasing emails answered. Just unacceptable behaviour and

I ordered a bracelet a month ago. It never came. That’s no big deal. Things happen. I understand. I send an email explaining the situation. I was told the “fulfillment team” would need to handle it. They haven’t. I have sent a couple of emails… I get no response.

The bracelet is nice (in the picture) and I get that things happen but what company doesn’t send at least a stock email saying “We are looking into it?”

First class service & support from Jacqueline to ensure a gift was delivered on time. Really very much appreciated!!

Jacqueline was wonderful! She is efficient - I felt that she communicated effectively and got everything done quickly. She was a pleasure to work with over the past week. I am delighted that the gift that I ordered is on its way to the US. I have Jacqueline to thank for that.

I am staggered at how incompetent these people are. There is NO customer service. Before you buy from them, check yourself! Call their customer line, no one will pick up! For a brand that portrays itself as luxury or quality, this is a joke.
They have sent my order to the wrong address. After half a dozen calls to the landline and half a dozen unanswered emails. They finally get back to me and tell me the address has been changed, only for it to go to the wrong address.
Halcyon Days, sort yourself out. I wish i'd seen your reviews earlier.

I contacted customer service directly in the UK to enquire about shipping to Australia as there was no option to do this online. I was surprised to receive a personal email straight away from Halcyon Days agent Jacqueline, who informed me that she would endeavour to find out shipping costs to Australia. Jacqueline went out of her way to help me complete my purchase and raised a special order for me to ship to the Gold Coast. She was a joy to deal with; personal, professional, and efficient. I am truly impressed with the level of service I received! Jacqueline had had no previous contact with me and yet I was given the same level of service as Royalty.

As there was no way of placing a message on line in with a gift I wanted to send I phoned customer support and spoke to Jacqueline who couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful fabulous service very pleasantly delivered

Our family have been customers of Halcyon Days for many years, mainly the fabulous little boxes for special occasions. Recently I have been collecting the enamel bracelets. I had a small worry over one of my bracelets and contacted Halcyon Days. I spoke to Jacqueline, who was so very helpful and kind. Jacqueline did her best to resolve my concerns and now all is well. A very pleasant customer service experience. I thank Jacqueline and this famous trusted business offering wonderful items to enrich our lives. Thank you

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Don't order from this company! They have the worst costumer service and will not do anything to help! I have been dealing with a return for 4 months now and still getting bills from Fedex for duty and taxes. No one cares and no one does anything to help. They keep telling me that they are working on it but no one follows up except me. WORST COMPANY EVER!

Extremely disappointed . I ordered a 2024 year box on the 15th Nov at a cost of £281. Have tried to contact customer services on a number of occasions and left messages but not had a return call. We are now the 27th Dec and I still don't know when I will receive the box which was a Xmas present for my wife. These boxes are not cheap and I order one every year. There is always a problem with delivery. Such a disappointment with HD but especially their customer service.

I received the most beautiful bracelet from a dear friend for my 70th birthday. Unfortunately, the catch was faulty and could not be repaired.
I rang Customer Services at Halcyon Days and was contacted by a delightful lady - she was so kind and efficient and within 10 days I have received a replacement bangle. I am thrilled and relieved I can now chat to my friend about the saga.

More companies should learn from this wonderful treatment. I will be buying from Halcyon Days regularly in the future.

My issue was finally resolved following my Trustpilot review when Halycon called me to address the matter and did so promptly and apologetically.
Prior to that call I had placed an order, never got a notification saying the item was dispatched, never received a package & my attempts to communicate were not responded to by Customer Services.
I understand the Customer Support process is being reworked in order to improve.

Also the telephone number on the marketing material does not work and this is also a known issue: 01782 652810

Very disappointed with HD .... placed my order on 1st sept with a 3 - 5 day delivery time. Here I am writing this on the 20th September ... still no delivery, no email & no response from Customer Services. £260.00 order unfulfilled with ZERO explanation. Lets hope they respond & I can/will amend my review !
