Do not order - they don’t provide refunds
Do not order from this site unless you do not wish to return anything. A 20% discount was supposed to be applied to my order when I made it, but for some reason it didn’t and it processed the payment for the full amount. I contacted them immediately to request to amend the order or a refund and re-order it and was told they processed immediately so nothing could be done until I received it.
After receiving it, I immediately emailed them the next day in regards to returning some of the items and applying the discount that was missing and it took two weeks for them to respond. All they provided was a link to their return policy, but neither the return policy link nor the link to my order had any means or instructions for processing a refund. I tried several times and emailed them again. They sent the exact same link to the return policy with no instructions for how to actually process the return and by this point it was a day or two past the 30 day return policy. When I again emailed to say that there was no instructions or link to a form for a return that they kept referencing. They told me that the form is expired now because the 30 days had passed, but I never received a form or a link to an active form up to that point. So far they still have not provided any return or refunds. Stay away, they are not a legitimate site.
