I totally concur with Bob's comments below , I also have been a customer for many years , very poor experience recently - funds arrived in the end over a week late / cant log into new platform etc. Very disappointing

I always had a great service from Halo Financial for many years. An excellent FX organisation with first class cusomer service. Fast transactions and settlements of trades. however, since this new self service automated platform has been introduced, not good at all. I had to re-register for a new account. That was fine and went through compliance OK. I get issued with a customer ID, Username and temporary password to login. Well, this is where is it goes wrong. Incompatable format of customer ID rejects my login. so try again then the system locks you out for too many attempts. Not impressed Halo

Used Halo for a good few years. Fast, efficient and very easy to set up and use.

I used this company some years ago to transfer money to buy a house abroad. All went well, the exchange rate was good and money arrived on time. In the last week I was closing some UK bank accounts, and the bank assistant made a mistake, sending part of the funds to this company rather than to me (inactive account, so I suppose they were the last transaction). Halo called me themselves to alert me that they had received the funds, and immediately offered their assistance in resolving the situation. I really appreciated their honesty.

A truly excellent company
Alastair was very helpful and he explained every stage of the exchange of over $200.000 AUD to GB pounds.
My checks with the FCA and companies house were no problem giving me confidence in dealing with Halo Financial for the first time as they were a UK based company.
There approximate transfer rate was confirmed in my first telephone conversation before I set up an account which was excellent so I knew that i was dealing with a fair company that was not wasting my time
When I phoned to exchange I was told how many UK pounds I would get before Alastair locked me in to the exchange rate contract with no pressure coming from him to complete until I wanted to.
My agreed UK pounds were in my Barclays account within hours of the lock in agreement.
Fantastic service. Highly professional company with excellent customer attention that delivered beyond my expectation
