Après 3 ou 4 mails au service support HaloSkins et aucune réponse voici mon récit , j’avais déjà déposé 500€ avec Revolut pour acheter un talon fade mais je n’avais plus de credit dessus donc j’ai voulu déposer via ma carte bancaire , un petit peu plus de 700€ qui m’ont été débité sur 2 carte différentes car leur site me mettait dépôt échouer donc j’ai essayé plusieurs fois donc mais bien débiter son mon compte bancaire ,sur leur site mon compte n’a pas été crédité de la somme qui m’a été débité. Dans mes messages au support je leur ai demandé le remboursement des sommes prélevés mais aucune réponse, j’attends quelques jours et après si aucune réponse de leur part je demanderai à mon assistance juridique de prendre le relais ( je ne croyais pas qu’un site comme cela avait un support aussi médiocre

I was buying some cases on this website and both deposit and withdrawal processes were great, no hidden fees or funds not showing right after deposit, which on some websites can take up to 5 minutes. Only mid thing, which might be irritating - sometimes sellers are not delivering items so the funds get are frozen for quite some time, but that is not direct HaloSkins issue

I like that I buy from other persons and it's instantly. If I change my mind I can cancel the order in 7 days. You can buy and sell quick, no exchange. One thing is not very comfortable, the fact that you only can deposit and withdraw by crypto. But if you know about trading skins, I think it's easy for everybody. Prices are below steam market price and also below many third party sites.

I've been using this site for nearly 1 year. I didint encounter a problem during that time about buying/depositing. The UI is not bad but you can still improve the purchase history.
