If I could put zero stars I would. I've emailed twice with no response at all. I changed the delivery address on the site for the item to be delivered to my mother for mother's day. Instead it is being supposedly delivered to my address. I am completely disappointed with the lack of customer service and the failure of the website not changing the delivery address. Just in case anyone thinks im not capable to change an address I was an I.T engineer for 20 years and know how to use a mouse and computer to order.

Ordered a Yankee candles chocolate and roses bouquet box and the candles were some cheap generic ones and wrong colour. Honestly for 45 quid I expect what was clearly advertised. Of course it says brand may vary in the small print while still having the title yankee candles and pictures of them. False advertising. Won't be ordering again. Although they were delivered on time they dont look as good as photos at all.

Wasted my time energy and money.I ordered the box especially because of the Yankee candles and I got some cheap replacement instead.It is nothing compared to the display pic.Do not purchase, it is not worth £44 at all,I was scammed.

One star for coming on time, but disappointing hamper. Doesn’t look as good in real life as in pictures.
It shows and says with Yankee candles.
No, it didn’t. It came with two stupid ridiculous tiny cheap candles that were way too small for the compartment. Looked pathetic.
Chocolates were all over the place as no protective film or cover on them, so obviously moving around everywhere.
I’m going to replace the candles with something else now before I give my gift.
So NOT worth the price. Terrible.

Ordered product that should’ve contained Yankee candles but received a cheap alternative. Contacted support but had no response.

Very poor service. Advertises no substitutions to items within the 'bouquet' but the cheap, crappy poundland quality cellophane wrapped candle swapped for the Yankee Candle I was expecting made the whole thing look cheap and nasty. Funnily enough, absolutely no response to any contact via the site or email. There is a Harrogate address on some emails (nothing on their actual site) which when you enter on Google maps is actually a sweet shop with a different name: The Oldest Sweet Shop in England at the exact same address. They deny any link....
Additionally, Companies House lists Hamperwell as dissolved late last year and the review site they bang on about on thier site does not even recognise them as a business/outlook so I've no idea where the alleged 100s of +ve reviews for them are, because they certainly aren't here!

No contact details , i tried to contact 5 mins after ordering as put wrong delivery address , no contact details other than email address that no one responds to , impossible to contact if any issues , not sure if genuine company

Can’t fault the product or delivery as was spot on and everything as described - like a lot of others on here - I too requested a gif card as it was a valentines present - guess what ? NO GIFT CARD :( :(

If HAMPERWELL are reading this then with take the gift card off your site or do as you advertise and give a free option for - send the gift card!!!

8/10 overall - would have been 10/10 if there was a gift card sent :/

As others have said though the gift card is a piece of paper like a delivery note with the chosen wording on it. A little bit underwhelmed by that bit. But if they learn from this and make that bit better I’ll be very impressed.

Valentines Lindt chocolate hamper with roses, arrived on time and as described. Wife loved it and said it made a lovely change from the usual flowers. lol.

Great gift and clever design well worth the money and the surprise on my wife’s face

Our Valentine box arrived on the day we requested and was exactly what we ordered, very happy with all aspects and would use again.
