My friend was delighted with the gift-hamper. Obviously I can’t comment on value for money but looked loadsa chocolate!

Terrible from start to finish. My teenage son spent £47.94 of his weekend job money on some chocolates for his girlfriend. He then changed his mind due to the cost and within a few hours I requested a cancellation to which they refused unless he paid a 10% re-stocking fee and postage would also be non-refundable - even though they admitted it had not yet been dispatched and was on the lorry awaiting collection. He also paid for 48 hour delivery, however the chocolates did not turn up on time. I emailed asking for a delivery date and was told vaguely and bluntly that they would arrive 'shortly'. Our email interactions with the company had the air of disinterest and lack of professionalism. We gave up trying to deal with them and asked my son's bank to request a refund, which we got.

Beautiful gift for our lass. With quicker than expected delivery

I made a mistake with dispatch/delivery option. I thought that the dispatch was the same as the delivery but once advised by the hamperwell team that dispatch is the date that the order leaves them I understood. The gift arrived and it looked amazing will 100% be shopping with them again

First of all the sign up code that I got on my gmail didn’t apply. So I did not get a discount on my first order as it was stated.
Then my order didn’t arrive on time. It was 2 days late. I ordered the hamper to surprise my husband on our anniversary and it arrived after 2 days of our anniversary. They ruined my surprise and my anniversary. Not recommended and defo not going to order again.
Moreover I contacted them on their given email to inquire about my order. They never replied to me. Poor customer service as well.

I ordered a food hamper from Hamperwell and was honestly so impressed. It arrived quickly and was beautifully packaged.
It made a perfect gift, and the person I sent it to absolutely loved it. I’ll be ordering from Hamperwell again. Great service, lovely products, and a really easy process from start to finish

i accidentally ordered two items instead of one, tried emailing company numerous times with no response whatsoever!!!!!!!! do not have a contact number to get in touch with company!!! they state customer service will get in touch but i am still awaiting! i have been charged for both items even though i have asked in my email several times to amend my order before dispatching! have been waiting 4 days!! will certainly not recommend due to poor customer service or order in future!!!!!!!!!!

Sent to wrong address after I’d had confirmation and assurance it would be sent to correct address. After failing to deliver to correct address they then send message to say no refund or replacement would be sent!! Customer service is inexperienced, atrocious and extremely ridiculous . As much as the product looks good , WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN !!!!!

I ordered a hamper of chocolates, soap flowers and candles for someone for a 21st.

After placing the order I had a look at the previous reviews, many of them quite damning, although people only tend to write a bad review!

If I had seen these reviews before ordering however, I probably wouldn't have, I would have gone elsewhere.

This a is shame because it was all actually really good!

It was delivered on time and as I was sent a picture, I saw it was exactly as ordered and she loved it! As did I.

The hamper was exactly like it looked on the pictures and was great value for money.

The only criticism would be that in order to track delivery you have to download a rubbish app called "shop" why should we have to download an app we don't want! Also it doesn't actually give you up to date tracking info anyway so not sure of the tie to this app and the reason for it but please Hamperwell.....get rid of it!

Quick delivery, lovely presentation of hamper, would most certainly use again, recipient of gift absolutely loved it 👍

The gift box came later than expected,on top of that my partner opened his gift and all chocolates were watery and melted when it was just delivered. Contacted customer service and they said there is nothing they could do since it’s summer and it’s hot. So please do not order when it’s summer because they don’t have quality control when delivering the product you ordered. Not ordering again!

I am so glad I ordered from here present was perfect just like the picture. The delivery love the fact you can choose dates and it was delivered in time. Will deffo be ordering more stuff

was disappointed with liquorice selection as it was only liquorice allsorts and torpedoes, the picture on your website shows a different selection. Liquorice strawberry pineheels and coloured fruity pencils would have been nice as shown.Apart from that it was well presented.

Overall me and my girlfriend were both happy with this product. The product arrived within the given 48 hours and arrived in excellent condition however the only thing dropping it from a 5 is the fact the hamper was advertised with “Black cherry” candles which she loves however when it arrived it had cherry and vanilla. This is a minor flaw however it is still a mess up.

Disappointed that the Gift Note wasn’t included as requested. Queried it and to check the second gift I had ordered for someone else would have gifted note included which was confirmed it would be! Gift did not have a gift note included which was really disappointing, especially when I had contacted them to confirm a note would be included! Don’t offer the service if you can’t honour it.
