Handem Reviews

Although I have not used the device I purchased, so do not yet know if it works, it seems to be good, and the service from the company was good. However the high cost of postage, customs and taxes makes buying in Britain from Europe not worth while. The device cost £5, getting hold of it cost me a further £15.

proffessionalism,friendliness,100percent working module which will probably outlast me.glad to see there're still craftsmen around who take great pride in their products. If I need further replacements in the future I,ll be back

Fantastic service! Friendly and knowledgeable advice prior to ordering. The controllers I order arrived within 24 hours and are actually in better condition than described in the listing. Very happy indeed with the service and would heartily recommend.

I had lost one of the connection nuts from my psu, so I bought 4 new ones and they were delivered in good time and fit correctly, thank you

Placed an order with Handem for both new and what would appear to be a 'NOS' item in the shape of an original HandM transistorised controller. The controller is in superb condition, almost too good to use in fact! Not sure if I asked for linking pins, but they were included separately. Have always found them easy to deal with, sensibly priced and *always* first class service.

I have just purchased a H&M Clipper from Handem. I wasn't too sure which model to get so I e-mailed Andrew at Handem for advice and he responded very promptly. Once ordered, the controller arrived quickly, very well packed and as described. As a result, I have no hesitation in recommending Handem. Excellent.

Throughout the purchasing process there is as open, friendly, professional, constructive dialogue (both phone and email) leading to a great product purchase which met all the requirements. I was so impressed I am going to send one of my other control units in for repair in the very near future.

Package arrived within 2 days of order, well packed and in excellent condition as advertised.

Great, Friendly service.

Items came as described on website and only charge postage per parcel not item which made purchase a bit cheaper. Well done will keep an eye on your sire

Absolutely fantastic company! I sent my faulty H&M Duette power controller to Handem Electronics following a conversation with Andrew (who called me back 5 minutes after I emailed him). I explained what the fault was, he gave me a price and I sent it off on the Wednesday. I came home from work on Saturday to find the returned controller fully repaired. I can't thank Andrew enough for this amazing service.

Chose the rolling road from Handem after looking at several similar products from other manufacturers. Glad I did because this product has great flexibility with the eight included rollers and the ability to run both 2 and 3 rail locomotives. Purchase was easy online and delivery was quick. Instructions on use were included and the product is now working happily. Excellent service, so don't hesitate to purchase from Handem - thanks Andrew.
