They came at short notice to do a pre-tenancy clean and carpet clean. The did a fantastic job. Nice people and really, really good service. I'd definitely use them again.

What an awful service. Do not use. They never show up. Their customer service is appalling.

They managed to book me in for end of tenancy cleaning on a very short notice. The team came on time. The check out went smoothly, and no problems so far.

I recommend them!

we booked handy cleaners for a end of tenancy cleaning. The house was really cleaned and everything was well done. the team was great and brave.

I recently booked Handy Cleaners to clean my apartment after it had been rented out. They did such an appalling job that I had to spend a couple of hours going over it myself - and after paying over £200 for a small 2 bed flat!
There was dust on surfaces, corners of the floor hadn't been cleaned, the bathroom wasn't up to standard, I was hugely disappointed and angry. I called 3 times to speak to the manager and have not had a call back, only a request to send photos. Um, how can you take photos of dust?
I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. They call themselves professional cleaners, a load of rubbish!

I booked a one time handy cleaning. The pro messaged to say he was running late, he then called because he couldn’t find the address. I gave him the address, which was two doors down from where he was, and he then left and services were never performed. Handy then kept my payment and refused to refund me and offered a rebooking or a 50% credit. What I wanted was my apartment cleaned, before the party I was having that day. The customer service was useless. The pro was unprofessional. I would not recommend handy to anyone. This service stole my money and was a scam.

Absolutely appalling - waited in for two hours for a cleaner to turn up - was told she would be an hour late, when I called again (1 hr 40 minutes later) I was told she would be another 45 minutes. I then got a call 30 minutes later to say that she wasn’t coming at all.
No explanation offered.
Horrendous customer service all round.

Very friendly and the job was done professionally.

If only I checked Trust pilot before booking them. There is a reason why they have bad rating. This is by far the worst business I ever had to deal with. I booked the end of tenancy cleaning service and it was by far the most expensive price I got, They came to the house and they said the house is not clean enough. and just like that they were holding me to ransom two days before I am supposed to vacate the property. They asked for more money or otherwise cancel the service. When called them they hung up on me twice, simply because they can't deal with an angry customer.
First of all neither the cleaners who showed up or the both ladies who answered the phone possess proper communication skills or as a matter of fact the basic necessary english language.
Never trust them.

AVOID!! Can not stress enough! Showed up late, barely spoke english and they threw out some of our clothing, a travel towel, and our dinner - we specifically told them that we would be back after the clean to collect our stuff and NOT TO THROW ANYTHING OUT
They blamed us for leaving our bags in our apartment and that they have no accountability for anything they toss out. Clothing??? Who throws out someone's clothing, especially when we had informed staff when they arrived that nothing was to be removed!! Never use this company!

I wanted a one off deep clean and prior to the appointment, I spoke to the sales operative three times (!) to confirm what I wanted done and the price. On first impressions therefore they seemed professional, however on the day, not one but three so called cleaners turned arrived (a woman, her younger sister and the sisters boyfriend (?)) with a carrier bag of spray bottles and not much else to suggest they were professional cleaners. They could not produce any ID linking them to the cleaning company, nor even a drivers' licence with a UK address so, feeling slightly uneasy about letting three strangers loose in my home (I wanted to go out for some of the four hours they booked in) I turned them away. The two stars is for the good initial contact on the phone, but if they want to run a professional company they should be more reassuring about the vetting process and trustworthiness of their staff.

Handy Cleaners did an excellent job of carpet cleaning in my house.
Very efficient excellent help from the office and a charming and helpful
cleaning engineer. Would recommend them to anyone.

I used handy cleaners for carpet cleaning and regular domestic cleaning. The woman for regular cleaning came 20 min late and left earlier. I paid for 3 hours but she stayed only 2 hours. After the cleaning, there was still hairs on the kitchen floor and some particuls on the bathroom floor and bath tube. Stains and dust on the toilet and on the flush could be seen easily.Also, nothing has been moved on the bookcase for dust cleaning. The upper shelf of my bookcase was still with dust. It is domestic cleaning, at least dust could be removed. I have only one bookcase in my living room. I paid 90 pounds in total for 3 hours for nothing.

I have used this company for my end of tenancy cleaning.

The only negative point was that the cleaners arrived 15 minutes later than expected, however I was told about their delay 20 mins before, which is OK. They did a very good job, there were no problems raised after inventory checkout.

Terrible company. Rescheduled my job twice (cancelling each an hour beforehand at 630am) and then sent me an email telling me they had booked me in for a house clean on Xmas day.

They are running a terrible business. Go local and pay the person direct is my advice.

I will never use these guys again. Amazed they still exist to be honest.

The team arrived reasonably on time but that was essentially all they managed to do. 3 cleaners for 4 hours and 40 minutes could not clean the dust off of window ledges and walls! They will plead that it was not enough time but sorry even an amateur cleaner such as myself could clean an entire EMPTY house of dust and marks on walls or floors. However, clearly this was not enough for this company.

They are slightly cheaper than other companies and now it is clear why - they undercut the market to get your money and do a shoddy job.

save your money - go elsewhere.

We are very happy with the service from Marin at Handy Cleaners. Our community centre always looks and smells lovely afterwards!

I rang them on a Saturday and they were with me Monday morning, it was very fast and friendly, did a super job for a really super price. I want to tell everyone about them

The cleaning experts got to my home 15 minuts before time. They did not waste any time but went directly to the cleaning. The results were more than what I expected, and the price was much reasanable. I plan to use handy cleaners every month, as they proveds to be professionals.
