Amazing job as always

The communication with customer service has been excellent. The gardener’s work was superb, and my boss is very pleased with the results of the garden tidy-up.

The first contact with Joanna's gardeners were plesant from the beginning to the end.
Every action were communicated across, so there were no mis understandings.
The gardeners were plesant and work to the scheduled time of two hours.
Reasonable rates and outstanding services.I definately will use them again and I have already recommend them to work colleagues.

I used Handy Gardeners for the first time recently. They arrived on time, understood what was required, worked hard, and did a great job. Fully recommended. Great service from the two gardeners.

Very pleased indeed with the work. The two gardeners turned up promptly at the arranged time and did all the jobs I wanted them to do thoroughly and efficiently. When they left a couple of hours later, my overgrown garden had been expertly cleared and tidied up. All weeds, hedge cuttings and other garden waste were neatly taken away. Adam, who supervised what had to be done, was particularly first-rate. Would be very happy to use this service again.

Handy Gardeners upped their game! This was the second visit, having been impressed with their first. They tended our well overgrown back garden. 2 gardeners arrived, after a quick consultation, they discussed roles and just got on with it. Personable, super efficient, hard working. They sculpted our unruly hedge and rosebush. It's almost unrecognizable! It's like a haven. Will be using them again, would highly recommend.

Another fantastic job from the team at Handy Gardeners. Suni and colleague really went the extra Mile to do a full service on the garden. Clean and tidy, removed garden waste bags, brought own tools. A great pleasure.

This was my first time using Handy Gardeners and overall I was very happy with the service. It was an afternoon appointment and unfortunately traffic delays meant the team were later than expected but did a great job of tidying and pruning. They were extremely hardworking and The garden looked amazing afterwards - I will definitely look to book them again to keep it looking this nice.

Really poor. Booked for 2 hours, they left after 45 minutes, despite me explaining to them that I wasn't satisfied with the job they had done. They tried to charge for full 2 hours anyway.
Weeds just chopped back to base with a lawn mower instead of properly removed as requested, so they will grow back quickly.
One of them smoked throughout and left a cigarette butt in the garden he was supposed to be tidying. AVOID!

Radwan and his colleague worked unbelievably hard and transformed my small untidy garden in to a small tidy garden, including cutting back an enormous eucalyptus. I was so impressed with their work and will definitely ask for Radwan again

We recently used Handy Gardeners to maintain the communal gardens at our residential block, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

The team was professional, reliable, and worked to a very high standard throughout. They transformed the gardens, leaving all areas looking neat, tidy, and exceptionally well cared for. Their attention to detail and pride in their work was evident from start to finish.

Communication was excellent, they arrived when promised, and completed the work efficiently with minimal disruption to residents. The difference they have made to the appearance of our communal grounds is remarkable.

We would highly recommend Handy Gardeners to anyone looking for a dependable and professional gardening service. Thank you for doing such a fantastic job!

They arrived on time and were courteous and polite. They worked hard and no messing around. They did a good job but seemed expensive - £380 for two men for 3 hours including a number of jumbo bags of cuttings for disposal. Handy Gardeners subsequently quoted £2,700 to rotavate the same area, about 1,200 square feet which I did not accept. Bottom line - Would I use them again? Yes.

I made a booking for my overgrown garden over the weekend, and I was very happy with the service. They offered an earlier time on the day which was most welcome, and completely transformed the garden. Both gardeners were so friendly and efficient, and left everything tidy. There was also a little time to pull up some weeds at the front which made a huge difference. Very pleased and will definitely be using again!

If I could give zero stars I would but unfortunately this is not an option.
Last Saturday they should have attended an appointment to look at my garden so that I could get some jobs done.
I was not at my property due tho looking after a friends dogs so I had to cycle 5 miles to my property so as to be there for the appointment at 10:00.
I waited and waited and then at 10:30, sat down and looked at my emails to see that I received an email at 09:40 saying the handy gardener appointment has been cancelled due to their gardener not feeling very well.
They could have called me and let me know earlier but they didn’t and I never received any apology from the lady I spoke to.
This whole performance totally inconvenienced me.
Now it is the following Saturday as they rescheduled.
My 11:00 appointment…
I get a phone call at 09:31…to be told that they are cancelling again due to their gardener having a problem with
His vehicle.
I have had enough!
They are unreliable, unprofessional and have totally let me down and wasted my time, twice now.
I am very very disappointed.

The two men who cleared our (very) overgrown garden were polite and very careful with their work.

They finished the job quickly and did a great job. No complaints

I cannot recommend handy Gardeners enough. I was clear in my mind what I wanted done and very aware after a recent heart procedure that I could not do it. Two gardeners arrived on time - correction just a bit early. English may not be their first language but we had no difficulty communicating. They have in a couple of hours wrestled my garden back under control. They were very careful not to damage plants I wanted preserved and they cleared up leaving the garden tidy and under control. They finished the job in 2 hours instead of the estimated 3 hours and my invoice was adjusted without my having to ask for it

My advice is use these gardeners, be clear what you want and be prepared to be on hand to ensure your wishes are translated into the action you wanted.

Excellent. The gardeners arrived on time. Once I had explained what needed to be done, I just left them to it. They cut back my wisteria, trimmed the ornamental pear tree, swept up all the leaves and took seven sacks of cuttings away. No fuss, really thorough, and very pleasant. I hope they will return later in the year to prepare my little garden for the winter months.

I booked my second garden tidy up with Handy Gardeners last week. I was lucky enough to get a slot at short notice. The gardener that arrived was called Antonio, not sure of his partner’s name. They both did a brilliant job! I was a bit nervous at first having never used him but he clearly knew what he was doing. He did a brilliant job and shaped all my shrubs nicely. I’ll definitely be booking them again and I’ll ask for Antonio again.
