Handyvisas.com terrible, no customer service
Handyvisas.com is pretty terrible so far. They collected payment before I completed the full information needed for the application. There is no way to speak to a human being. They say their response time via email is 72 hours!!!!!
They keep sending payment reminders though I have already paid.
Finally, I submitted my application 4 days ago and no news on the progress even though they said processing would take 2 days.
Use another website, these guys are terrible.

Very seamless application and I was kept informed as to the status of my request. It was processed exactly 90 days before arriving as per government rules of country I was to visit.
Thank you to all who expedited this for me on time, as the ship I will be on up to that point, leaves in a couple of days.
