It was frustrating filling out the hotel part. Especially when you are arriving on a Cruise ship. The selections don't include Ship. To top it off you ask for an address? The only local address would be the cruise port. Or did you want the Norwegian Cruises address in Florida? Anyways I tried my best and it came back "more information needed" several times.
Eventually the final time it came back, the "make change blue sign would not respond to enter. So the saving grace was your chat person "Rowena or Regina." She was so helpful and I was able to send the cruise itinary through the chat session. Thank you

They make you pay 95 USD instead of 21 USD for a ESTA application that you can do on the US government website. I consider this predatory practices.
