The shipping was discreet it arrived in a brown plain box no external markings. Doll was heavily padded. This doll was incredibly soft life like. The skin mimics human skin. The internal molded texture is intricate and well designed. Cleaning is straightforward and not difficult.

The outer shipping box was pretty beat up when it arrived and looked super boring—just a plain brown cardboard box with some dust on it. But I guess that’s the point of "discreet" packaging, right? Like other websites, Hanidoll ships directly from official manufacturers. The package arrived intact with no flaws whatsoever, and customer service responded promptly and courteously. Additionally, I must say the doll's quality is exceptional—absolutely worth every penny at a surprisingly affordable price.

They wouldn't believe me when they were told the product was defective

Aucune nouvelle suite à ma commande. Je reprends donc contact près d'HaniDoll: après plus de 50j (donc davantage que le délai prévu initialement entre 40 et 45j) envoie d'un N°suivi. Le colis n'est pas livré: Hanidoll m'accuse de ne pas avoir fourni la bonne adresse! Société de livraison me dit que c'est à HaniDoll de les contacter pour nouvelle livraison mais HaniDoll ne veut pas s'éxécuter prétextant que c'est à moi de résoudre le problème avec la société de livraison...Commande passée le 10 janvier et pas reçue au 16 mai!
Je vous laisse juger du professionnalisme totalement douteux d'HaniDoll.

Stay FAR away from HANIDOLL Official on AliExpress. They will send you a moldy/used doll and laugh in your face with a 21 bucks refund. And if you object the Aliexpress pricks will laugh harder by offering you just a third of what you paid and then CLOSE the appeal. I can only hope all of you pricks get cancer from the shit you are breathing day in day out that even contaminates your shitty dolls. Ignore request for a return completely and prey on people not giving enough of a damn to put them trough courts.
