Haoma Reviews 

I purchased the Ylang Ylang perfume, which is lovely. However, the spray pump isn't very good so I emailed Haoma, but got no response. I left a one star review on the website. It wasn't published.
I would not buy from Haoma again.

I purchased haoma Nº1 perfume because the amount of positive reviews on their website but when I received it it was not what was being advertised. When I sprayed it on me my daughter said I smell like a tea bag and like a grandma. I did not like the smell at all. I emailed them asking if I could return it for a different fragrance I got no response whatsoever. Very disrespectful and disappointing. I get that the perfume is natural but it should smell like perfume and not like a tea bag. I will never buy from them again and will not recommend them to anyone 😤

Be careful when ordering from this company especially if you pay for next day...... please note they can take several days to dispatch and then it is next day delivery...missing the whole point of a quick delivery.
Poor communication and there is no phone number to call if they do not reply to email complaints.
I thought it might be a scam business as I received confirmation of delivery but nothing has been delivered to my house. Supporting small businesses is a good thing but you should still expect reasonable service.

Interestingly, even our daughter immediately noticed the difference. She said it “smells like oils”, which makes perfect sense because in our family we regularly use organic essential oils, and the fragrance has that same authentic botanical character.

Overall, Haoma No.1 feels like a clean, conscious alternative to conventional perfumes. For anyone looking to avoid synthetic fragrance chemicals and instead wear something made primarily from organic, plant-based ingredients, it’s a refreshing and reassuring choice.

I purchased two products from Haoma after being influenced by the overwhelmingly positive reviews on their website. Unfortunately, the products had such unpleasant smell that I couldn’t use them. When I left a one-star review to share my honest experience, it was never published, suggesting that only positive reviews are allowed.

I contacted the company directly to resolve the issue, but my email was ignored.

Very disappointing and misleading. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from a brand that filters out negative reviews and refuses to engage with customers.
