Not recieved my order track it all way came into England and it went to Lincoln LN4 3SD and never receive them

I ordered some trainers/walking boots. When they came they were 4 sizes too big. I contacted the customer services (Bot) and explained. They asked for a copy of the QR code on the item packaging which I sent, and a photo of the size label on the shoe.
Since then they keep going around in circles and telling me they sent correct item, and saying they cannot accept them back, so to keep them. ( still paying)
They have my order, so know what size I ordered, and photos of what I have got. How do they know the wrong QR code wasn't put on in the warehouse.
This company is dodgy to say the least, don't waste your money with them.
I now have a pair of shoes which are of no use to me and am £34 out of pocket.
No person to speak to, just stupid messages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Do not order please. My order was placed 3/11/23, supposedly delivered by xmas, never received. Says company UK based, isn't. I keep asking for refund but they say shipped, from USA .. please don't get anything from them

100% scammers.

Ordered two pairs of glasses, received but lens so blurry you can’t actually see through them.

Tried to return, they wouldn’t give me a returns address. They did say they’d kindly pass my feedback into their manufacturers which was nice of them.

Disputed transaction through PayPal, they gave me a pretend address that may as well say post your parcel to china city. Then say they want a tracking number and a photo of the parcel you are returning to verify its return.

Cost to return is £10, just so it can be delivered no where, so it deters you from sending back and accepting their very generous offer of £3, then £5 in my case. I’d paid £20 so have not accepted.

Currently still escalating case via paypal.

I’m hoping PayPal will listen to reason in this instance, ie the address is non existent and have then refund my money.

Been going on over a week now, but just out of principle I’m not backing down.

Avoid avoid avoid.

I wish I could review the product but I STILL don’t have it and I ordered back in November. This company tries to trick you that they’re a UK company with Uk in their web page and prices in GBP. Don’t be fooled. They’re not a UK based company. They also take many days to prepare your order before shipping then your package must go by mule as it takes many more days to move at all before going in to customs in USA, then maybe via slow boat to China before reaching UK customs.

Items were marketed as Christmas items but no way they’re getting to me for Xmas.

So beware when ordering that it may take more than a month to get your item.

I’ll be back once (and if) I get my items to update about quality.

Very disappointing.

Awful company bought some glasses and needed to return. Gabled replies at all times plus. These were the ones I had ordered. They are blurred and no use to me. But they will NOT give me an address to send them back too and a REFUND.

Do not order from this company it is a scam. Placed order end of Oct and still nothing, emailed everyday to get same message back from them it's in transit and will be with you soon, showing been in Birmingham since 3rd Nov. If you email them and tell them you are putting in a complaint with PayPal if you paid that way and you are taking it further with the Police because it's a scam company and the Police will look in to it. Tell PayPal this is a scam company and there are a lot of people that haven't received their orders. I've got a refund from putting in a complaint.

Waited 3 months and Still not received my order!

Scammers -Same as everyone else on here, never received goods and would seem not likely to!!

I don't want to give any stars,as another person stated scammers won't give money back , Ditto to everything everyone else has said ,never received order supposed to be in Birmingham on 1st November, thought it was a UK company, wrong!!!

Ordered reading glasses with diamanté on frames. Glasses came without diamanté, contacted customer services by email (with difficulty) including a photo (TWICE). Same response each time "our warehouse say nothing wrong with them". Well I'm telling you and showing you with photographic evidence that they are not what I ordered and paid for. They've stopped responding now, not before offering me a whole £1 if I want to keep the faulty glasses to avoid high return costs (on incorrect goods, really)???Absolutely shambolic company and customer service. If I could give a minus rating I would.

Still not received goods won't give me a refund been pver 6 weeks now apparently my parcel in Edinburgh postcode is a housing estate amd about 200 miles from where I live

i ordered the reading glasses and i have the wrong magnification , there is no chance of speaking to a member of a support team , it gives a web address but impossible to send a message ,

This is a scam company DONT USE THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Ordered but not received. E mailed numerous times to be told in transit in UK. I don't believe now and would not recommend. I have asked for refund 2 weeks ago and heard nothing.

PLEASE READ ALL THESE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. I am still getting automated emails and tracking details showing me all different places that the boots have arrived at. Keep your money, there are no boots, there is no company and no shipping company!

Update: 15.11.23 Over one month now, still getting automated emails. I am now sure this is a scam site. Please dont give them your money and dont believe it being either a company owned by this amazing american couple who just want to please. Or a guy that is giving up the company and selling cheap cos know one understands him and all the customers are horrible to him!!! ITS A SCAM.

I would give a minus rating if I could. Ordered boots, happily took my money and sent confirmation of order and that’s the best it ever got. Kept sending me tracking details which don’t ever work!
They were in the US and then they were in the UK, back to the US. When you contact their “amazing” (sarcasm) customer services you get sent an automated email telling you that the shipping company won’t update the tracking details. Every single time! No further help given, just automated emails. When I ordered there was this bs that they were closing the company because of the trouble they had been getting. What a load of rubbish this is obviously a scam company! Don’t give them any money you won’t get your goods!

Items never received. Ordered a month ago. Have been emailing Happy Zone for over a week and they keep sending the same automated response. Apparently my order is in transit in the UK (and has been for over a week). They keep saying they will contact the shipping company to expedite but they can't possibly do that because they have told me on numerous occasions that they do not know who the shipping company is within the UK. So I have no items, and Happy Zone cannot provide me with any tracking information whatsoever.

Order never received, tracking showed went from USA to China and not to me in the UK.

Be warned and don't buy from this Happy Zone.

I bought some pool shoes which were really badly made, my kids wore them once and there were holes in it. I have been battling with them for a few months now to get my money back but no one has got back to me, so customer service not great as they have just disappeared. Quality is very bad
