Bad good customer service
I had a very disappointing experience with Happy Face. At the beginning of March, I bought a pizza that was extremely overpriced and very basic — it only had tomato and cheese, with barely any ingredients.
To make things worse, I was charged twice. I have been trying to get my money back ever since. I went to the restaurant multiple times, week after week, and each time I was told that the person responsible wasn’t there or that it was already being handled — but nothing ever happened.
I even asked for a cash refund, and they told me they don’t handle cash refunds. After weeks of frustration and wasted time, I went back today and asked them to at least compensate me with food instead of a refund.
I ordered two pizzas — they only deducted one, and I still had to pay £21 for the other. On top of that, they didn’t offer any kind of compensation for all the stress, inconvenience, and time I lost chasing this issue.
Overall, very poor customer service and a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this place.
